That your return was processed this year on the 7th week of the year on the 5th day. YOU are a weekly account and will see updates on Thursdays of the week with an DDD usually provided the following Saturday for the upcoming Wednesday.
This will be the case next year as well. Look to get your return in no less than 30 days.
This is because at some point you had errors on your return and it has been flagged for a manual review to make sure your return is correct before its approved.
This is the case for myself. No big deal just means they double check your math by hand.

TC 570 is classified as Additional Liability Pending/Credit Hold
It’s basically a freezer on your return
It could mean they’re freezing your return for further review to see if you owe any outstanding tax debts or it you need an actual person to go over your paperwork.
Usually errors are resolved pretty quick & easily w/o any correspondence needed from the taxpayer.
If you’re seeing this code on your current transcripts you may want to call the offset line to see if you happen to owe money. They will deduct the amount owed prior to the disbursement of refunds.When/if any errors are found within your return this automatically marks your return as a weekly. Your cycle code will end in 05 generally. Next year you will also be a weekly. It always takes the full 21 days to process plus 1 extra week of quality review to ensure everything is properly processed before your Approval is assigned.
I live in SC too, they’re not filing states until after March 1 so that may be why.

Got my DDD for 2/24 this morning!
I waited 30 days to process for my approval.
I’m stoked! Hoping everything goes smooth from here. Having HRB take fees them deposit funds into my bank.

Hell yeah!Honestly I think this has happened with a lot of people. If your return is flagged as unpostable then they do have to input it manually into the system for further processing. Depending on filing dates & status could play a role in the flags. I know it’s taken almost twice the normal processing time for my individual return to even show up in the system. I have a weekly return & it’s taken no less than 30 days before I knew anything! After my 21st day came & went I called in for an update. I had no bars for 2 weeks, no codes,flags orletters. The rep told me I was still just processing. I had no holds,no ID to verify & wasn’t informed to if I was under review or not. Basically, I was in line ,not resequenced but merely waiting my turn as I was in with the huge influx of filers who’d put their return in on opening day. Big mistake I learned later. I was finally able to order both transcripts (or so I think) via the phone line b/c each time I tried online it just told me there was no info available for the year I was requesting. I hope to see an update to WMR reflecting my DDD after all this insanity.
To answer your topic ? , yes I’ve heard of manual input. They also can fix any errors or discrepancy found within your return while they have it. The wait this season has driven many taxpayers mad…including myself. I’ve never been let down consistently so much in my life!The WMR tool is notorious for its glitches as well as the IRS is notorious for its ability to confuse the populous. It seems many people are experiencing strange occurrences in their dealings with tax season this year. It’s been speculated that many filers are either seeing quick processing or heavy delays in processing.
I’ve read about people having a deposit of their expected refund before WMR catches up to reflect it online! So it’s possible & with the system currently in place it appears anything is possible…but not without a lot of mystery surrounding it!
I, for one, will be glad to get my money & be done with the federal government this year.I don’t see why not. Go for it! Have you seen any info that says you can’t?
There should be a big update for daily returns tonight b/c Wednesday of each week is the end of the processing week for the IRS. Thursday is the beginning of the new processing week & the nights that weekly returns update. They do still update daily returns as the week moves along but Wednesday & Thursday are major days the returns post to the Master file. All returns must be posted to the IMF in order to get a refund from the US Treasury.
I’m hoping my return made the cut this week so I’ll have some kinda movement. I’ve been waiting since 1/21 ..or should I say holding my spot in line. They need to expedite everyone who filed in January. There’s no reason they can’t catch Up! The system includes elongated days just to stay caught up.!Thursday nights.
Always Thursday night.Unpostable means your return cannot be posted to the Master file & cleared for refund due to an error or discrepancy. Once the return had been manually reviewed for corrections it will post so you can get on the Master file & have your refund sent.
Everyone has to post to the MF for IRS records.
Some people go straight though the automated system with no problem,others get flagged. Most of the time it’s no biggie other than minor adjustments.That makes total sense considering I was tagged as a weekly last year due to an error. I have passed my 21days & was informed to give it another week or 2. Guess I’m being resequenced as well.

I’ve been unable to order scripts at all besides last year’s. My bars have been gone over a week & whn I called in to get some info on the whereabouts of my refund the agent just told me I was still processing, she didn’t see a date but that there were no issues and to give them an extra week or two to finish up.
I’ve read plenty of speculation on here about how processing goes but cannot seem to get any solid info. I’ve gotten no letter via mail nor do I have any codes on WMR.
I even tried to ID verify online to see if that was part of the problem. That was also unsuccessful.
At this point I’m hoping for a DDD like all the others I’ve read about. Basically hoping is all I can do successfully but giving up isn’t off the table!

If you get the DDD update which reflects on Wednesday you’re a weekly. If it’s for a Friday you’re a daily…or at least that’s my understanding.

Suppose to update weeklies once a week on Thursday nights from what I’ve gathered.
I hope to see my DDD or some type of movement I’m over this unknown wait. I’m a 1/21er.
I was told by an IRS agent via phone call that it should only be another week or 2. That’s obviously a generic answer they’ve been relaying to ppl just like the 6-9wks they’re telling the ID verify ppl.
I need my refund bad. Even though they say not to depend on it, poor ppl like myself have to!

I’m still waiting myself. Filed 1/19 with the rest of America..I finally called in to ease my mind.
The agent researched my account & told me it could be another week,maybe 2. I was freaking over the ID verify info I’d been reading on the forums so I wanted to make sure I didn’t have to and to see if there was anything I needed to do. She said she didn’t see a date but told me to keep checking this week. I know I’m a weekly as I ordered my return script from last year. I really hope things move along.Also, to get a live person see the forum for 2015, there’s a thread with instructions..I finally scored a live agent with those steps!
Check out your account via phone, it helps give you peace of mind. I was sick with the unknown until about half hour ago.

Cannot order scripts only get recording that says “we have no info available for 2015”..I will have to call this week as my 21st day is 2/11. Other than an error on my return I can’t imagine what the hold up is or why there’s a lack of info to be obtained. I’m super broke & needed that money. Thanks IRS…thanks for nothing.

Filed 1/19 & accepted 1/21 via HRB but haven’t seen a bit of movement on anything until a few mins ago whn I checked WMR & my bars & topic 152 were missing.
My 21 days are approaching so I pray for my DDD when the bars reappear.Accepted 1/21 with no movement at all. Can’t order transcripts, don’t have an offset, only claiming EIC & CTC but can’t find out anything. All I’ve got is Tax topic 152 & 1st bar.
I’m super frustrated with this lack of info as I approach my 21st day this week. I used a pin when filing as well as entered my DL info to verify identity. Hoping I’ve only been resequenced.

Inability to order transcripts, no movement on WMR & no idea when I’ll get DDD. I believe I’m a weekly to top things off.
I do have the regular message for tax topic 152 & can view my 1st bar which I read is a good thing. No news is good news regarding that aspect. I’m hoping we all get into the next batch of updates. My 21st day is coming up this week so I pray to see some positivity in the form of a deposit.

I filed 1/19 but wasn’t actually accepted until 1/21..I’ve seen no movement & haven’t heard a peep..no news is good news right? I’m hoping for my DDD in the next batch of weeklies.
After reading the horror stories of ppl who came under review having to prove things & waiting months just to get their refund my anxiety is ridiculous.

My returns are much like the past returns but I don’t know what’s going on. WMR doesn’t tell me anything, can’t order transcripts & I’ve heard nothing. I’m upset b/c this always happens to me.

I hate filing taxes….I think weeklies update on Wednesday’s. I’m a weekly because of past issues with ID theft so it takes longer to process.

Sick of seeing same ol shit.I filed with HRB on opening day but was not accepted until 2 days later on 1/21. When I log into the portal it just tells me I’ve been accepted & to expect my refund on 2/11. WMR bars still on 1st one. I’m just waiting around for a change, I suspect we will see movement next week.

I thought you could only use PP prepaid if you have a bank account linked? I was going to have my refund sent to my PP account but after calling customer service they informed me you have to have a bank account linked. I opted to have my fiancee associate me with his active checking account in order to receive my RAC.

Keep in mind that there’s a heavy influx of people filing right now so it may take up to 48 hours. I got anxious since I have been accepted immediately in the past but I am feeling better now that i know they have it. I am just waiting on the approval & its all good from there. I expect they will be pumping out the refunds as soon as they can. Hang in there everyone, we will be paid soon!I was accepted today also. I was going to call but was giving it a full 48 hrs. Don’t fret you will get accepted.
I filed yesterday 1-19 around 5:30pm EST & have still not been accepted yet. I thought it only took like 24 hours. I figured I would have some info but nothing yet. It sounds like it took you 48 hours to get an update. Who did you call to find out any info regarding your submission?
Update for the 1/28 club:
HRB sent email around 1am last night notifying they were in receipt of my RAC.
It hit my bank (BB&T) as an ACH deposit around 5am. My DDD was 2/25. They flag approvals on Fridays to send out funds on Tuesday & your bank can hold the funds if they want but I would read up on your banks policies for the account type you may have to see what the individual stipulations are.My WMR bars still say Approved & almost always update LATE ( 1 x weekly on Wednesday night after deposits hit that morning apparently )
Don’t let the anticipation consume you. I waited about 28 days for my taxes this year [all the while being unemployed]…..better than the 2.5 months last year due to Education Credit glitch.

Update:
I finally got my WMR bars back today & my refund was Approved! I also had an updated adjustment to my initial refund amount. I have determined via my series of events that I in fact lost those bars as a result of being under manual review due to an anomaly found within my tax return considering I know exactly what they adjusted numerically. I never spoke to anyone at the IRS nor did I receive a letter. In my case no news was good news even with the slight adjustment to my expected refund amount.
I have a DDD of 2/25 which delayed my expected DDD of 2/18 by 1 week.With all the chatter about being under review I am half expecting a letter in the mail.
Nothing to date yet. Just a lot of NOTHING & confusion.
I am not sure who I am suppose to call in to considering the automated systems ruling the phone lines.
My 21st day was yesterday & no dice yet.
I have no idea if my return is really being processed but my HRBlock is telling me nothing.
Does anyone have a number to get in touch with an actual person? I should be able to get some info according to the 21 day wait period blah blah blah.Update:

I filed & was accepted on 1/28 — WMR bars stayed on ‘Accepted’ w/ Tax Topic 152 without any movement or updates until last night. I woke this morning to find my WMR bars gone w/ no Tax Topic, all it said was it was being processed & a refund date would be provided when available. I did call 2/13 & order my transcript via mail b/c I cannot view electronic due to ID theft protection I have on my SS#. I also called & checked the ‘offset’ hotline to be sure. Nothing happening at this time but will update accordingly. I hope we have some good news after the holiday.
