      Called irs & was told return is unpostable.Anyone know what the heck they mean by that ??

          FILED ON1-6 was told i am UNPOSTABLE meaning hand reviewed. I have no OFFSETS no LETTERS or CODES. My family really need this refund SOONER than LATER

              Unpostable means your return cannot be posted to the Master file & cleared for refund due to an error or discrepancy. Once the return had been manually reviewed for corrections it will post so you can get on the Master file & have your refund sent.
              Everyone has to post to the MF for IRS records.
              Some people go straight though the automated system with no problem,others get flagged. Most of the time it’s no biggie other than minor adjustments.
