@Jessica call (877) 777-4778 push 1 for English and 1 again for assistance. This is the tax advocate, tell the secretary you want the account management department to help with your return because you haven’t heard anything. Especially if it’s over the 21 days. The advocates are not available until May but this is the only way I can get to IRS. The other numbers hangs up on you basically pushes the call out because call volume is too high. I’ve been on hold for an hour but it’s worth it.

Hi guys. If you have a tax refund DDD of 2/24 and you’re waking up to a much smaller amount DD like I did, check your 2020 transcripts! Had a little heart attack thinking something was wrong with my 2021 refund, but it was my unemployment tax refund from 2020!

Hope this helps someone who might have been in the same boat. Finally got into SBTPG and my expected refund amount is funded and hopefully I’ll see it this afternoon (USAA).

Received letter in the mail on 2/14 ( ID Verify )
As of 2/23 WMR still shows no bars, no TT, just refund amount with same delayed status.
Transcripts are still NA as well.
I’m weekly so maybe ill update this weekend. I’m thinking if you get the delayed message
you may need to call and ( ID Verify )

Same for me. I believe they are updating accounts. right now their office is not open since they are west coast but you can call and put 1 for English than press 4 and than it will ask a 6 digit number just type anything and then it will redirect you to a live person.

Using Varo this year bc they are one of few prepaid bank accts that allow a deposit over 10k So check your accts…it’s coming guys,slowly!

If you have a DDD OF 2/24, check your SBTPG acct again because an hour ago my acct was still unfunded, now it is funded!!! FINALLY! It says amount sent to you and has the money they took subtracted, but I believe they will be holding it for a bit before they actually release to my bank! Everyone keep your heads up..it is moving slowly, but it is moving!

Update: NO updates to transcripts or WMR. Never before have I seen N/A on transcripts at this point. Will be calling in here soon to make sure I don’t need to verify something.

I think they’re just telling us this error lie for us to leave them alone for 8-10 weeks. If there’s an error and something is wrong but we haven’t received any letters from them then something is not right. I think it’s a universal lie, total BS!

@lol I run a few servers and websites off linode, so I actually do know what I’m taking about. Databases for this info can’t be that complex (literally like 4-5 columns of data) and I can change and update forum databases (which contain more data and thousands of posts) within 10 minutes.

@dadud I mean just admit you don’t know how Server management works at all, they’re updating the systems and it’s undergoing “maintenance” which is slowing it down itself because when you can get in sometimes it just says unknown. If it was a true server overload the site would be nearly accessible. Plus the phone lines are saying the same thing when people have called.

Calling them now before I go to work. WMR didn’t update, transcripts didn’t update still N/A. WMR says your tax return is still being processed blah blah… Filed & accepted 1/25, was told the extra credits have them doing them manually but they should have hired more people. They knew the majority of Americans would have those credits. When PATH lifted the system should’ve updated so everyone has a DDD, again if they need help they should hire more people.

I have the same codes since last Friday. H and R block messed up my taxes. They only put $750 down as the advanced credit when we put that we both received $750. So my refund is $750 less. Wondering about when I we will get a letter and what to do. Hopefully transcripts will update this week.
