Still nothing from cash app! Used TT with fees taken out of refund but our deposit is less than 10k. Got a message from TT at 3am saying it will be in my account within 1-3 business days and can start looking tomorrow. Tomorrow is a Saturday! So losing hope it will be here today on time but if you get yours or have anymore info let me know and I will do the same.

I called and that’s exactly what the representative told me. No reason to lie, I myself am just trying to get an understanding of what exactly is going on. Still on the phone with them now waiting to speak with a supervisor.

I did Varo for the first time. I heard they work like chime but I haven’t recieved a deposit yet. Is it too early to be looking?

The only reason your refund is going through SBTPG is if you paid out of your refund.
Ive been playing this waiting game w/ turbotax since 2008! They have to take the money from your refund and that is how they do it.
If you don’t want it to go through SBTPG then you have to pay fees upfront

Mine were received 1/24. Got a letter 5071c so I did the verification online the first week in February. Since then no updates and WMR shows the delay message and topic 152. And my account status shows 2021 tax return not processed. I have tried calling the number in the letter just to make sure the verification went through but even if I call right at 7 am i get the too busy message and try again. I wish they would give you the option of holding. Sorry for the long rant. I have never had this issue before. My taxes are super simple. No kids and single. 🙁🙁

I have always used TT, and since 2019 CHIME and it has ALWAYS come 1 day early at least…last year I got it 6 day earlier than my DDD. SBTPG is RIDICULOUS! There’s no reason the $ needs to go through there.

Which state is unemployment? I’m from Michigan and had my state refund garnished from unemployment while I dispute it. Apparently because there are so many errors with them asking for money rightfully claimed back, that people are getting their refunds back. I got a check on Saturday from the MI dept of treasury stating I was released from my garnishment.

20+ yrs of tax refunds and I’ve never recieved day of or after deposit date always been atleast 1 day early!! lesson learned, won’t be using turbo tax anymore after a 15yr relationship I’ll have to tell them I’m breaking it off because I’m seeing someone else next January!!!
