I am same. Keep checking my transcripts hoping but aside from the change in as of date nothing yet.
According to the IRS we should receive within 8 weeks if we did IS with taxes. Would love to see it sooner but not holding my breath…lol
Good luck and keep us posted

I hear that. Unfortunately my IS form is because of back child support so I don’t get the opportunity to just not file it if I want any money at all. Ugh
          Good luck

Ugh. I filed with IS on 1/28 was accepted the same day. My cycle code is 20220505 my processing date is still 2/21 and as of March 7. No movement in months. My 11 weeks was up on Friday. I will give it another week and then call them. This is bull. So frustrating

So no update again this week. A few weeks ago my as of changed from 3/7 to 3/14 and then back to 3/7. Processing date shows 2/21. I filed and accepted through TaxSlayer with is form on 1/28. Ugh I hate the waiting game.

According to my calculations my 11 weeks will be up April 15th. I am so hoping it will be done before that.

                  Ugh!!!
I filed and was accepted on Jan 28. I have a processing date for Feb 21. My as of date has changed from 2/21 to 3/7 and now to 3/14. Ugh I wish they would just get it done already. This is making my husband want a divorce so I don’t have to go through all of this for his cs arrears.
Hopefully next week. But my 8 weeks don’t end until March 25th so I guess I will just have to wait and see.

Well this morning my as of date changed from 2/21 to 3/7. Processing date still 2/21. Checked offset line they still haven’t processed it that far yet. Ugh I hate the waiting game. But path message gone and just have the message” your return is being processed” no bars. So that’s something I guess.

Not sure why it would show March 1st. But most past messages state that the earliest would be mid to late February.

                      @Tina

The date of 3/2021 was probably from the stimulus last year. You will get a 846 code with a 2022 date when your transcripts update for this tax season

If anyone is having issues filing with IS, check out TaxSlayer. I was able to send it through and filed for free.

                            What is “Weekly” or “Daily”?
Your IRS Account is identified as either being updated weekly or daily. Cycle codes ending in 01, 02, 03, 04 are daily accounts. Cycle codes ending in 05 are weekly accounts, but in some cases, they may be daily.

I am in Washington State where they don’t do state taxes, but with that being said was born and raised in Michigan.
I remember always getting my state taxes within like a week and federal about a week later. Of course that was before the path act.

Regardless of how you get them it is still a waiting game for sure.

Housing market here in the PNW (Thanks peninsula northwest) in Washington State is also nuts. If we want to stay where the weather is mild all year then we will be paying out the rear for property. Originally from Michigan where a 3 bdrm on 20 acres is under 150k… Here it’s nearly half million. Ugh

The as of date should be the same as your processing date. Mine is also 2/21/22.
It just means that they have until that date to either complete your return or change the date. I had it changing a bunch during last tax season. But this year so far is going pretty smooth. When you get a 846 code THAT is the day you will receive your return. Until then it’s just a waiting game.

Do you have injured spouse or path? Path includes eitc and actc. Are you able to see 2021 on all four types of transcript? You want to go to the”record of ” top right box.
Then look for 846 which is your refund date.
I have injured spouse and path so I have a code 570 which means they are working on it but it will take a minute. My cycle code is 20220505.

Ever since they started doing the path laws. I have never updated wmr past the path message. Months have gone by after getting my refund and I check just for curiosity sake and still sitting on path…. It’s frustrating during the wait game but kinda funny afterwards.
Just check your transcripts and when they update it is the most accurate.

I was going to do taxes through TT again this year, but when they made me upgrade and then wouldn’t put it through anyhow because of the IS form I started looking elsewhere.
I ended up getting free file with TaxSlayer and they submitted with my IS. I even double checked my return to make sure it was on there and it is.
If you haven’t already submitted it I would check TaxSlayer out.

I now have 2021 on all four types of transcript. I had to file injured spouse and I am a pather so I probably won’t get a DD date until closer to 2/15. If that helps. If you got a DDD then congrats. I remember before the path act when I would get my refund before Valentine’s day. Now it’s the end of February to mid March.

I filed 1/28 with IS form. I used TaxSlayer which was free. I am also a pather. My transcript updated yesterday as I am a weekly with an as of date of 2/21. WMR still shows 1 bar and no path message yet. I think some of the IS things have to do with the software. But idk I just know that I was able to send it with my IS form.

Transcript updated overnight and now I have a processing date of 2/21/22. Some say that DDD is usually before the processing date but I have had my date change so who really knows.
                                              Lots of luck to everyone.

According to what was passed at beginning of pandemic. You won’t have to worry about offset for students loans until next year. But call a local tax preparer and find out for sure.

Last year I got my taxes back before the shutdown and it still showed my return still being processed message like what is showing now. Smh

This doesn’t count for people who had federal withholding taken out weekly with unemployment though right?

Example…. My son had unemployment from March on last year. He made about 22k and they took his 10% out every week. So he got most of his Fed withholding back. Will he get anything more or did he get what he is getting?

Transcript has as of date of 3/8. No movement. WMR still showing all information on left with no bars and ” refund is still being processed” message. I have called offset line and it says no offsets at this time. So I am very confused.

Only issue we had with first stimulus was they took all of it for hubby’s back cs, but then I received that in Sept. Second stimulus we received all of it in 2 deposits. Idk what will happen this time. Still no movement on transcript for taxes. Ugh

Dd to bank (same bank for last 3 years). Transcript has said as of 3/8 from beginning and no changes. I know my husband owes back child support and TOP line is still showing no offsets which would be cool. My cycle code is 20210705

When I did my 2019 taxes it sat at the still processing for a year and then just updated to 2020. I kid you not, I don’t trust it much, go by transcript instead…lol
