APPROVED 3/14 DDD!!! WOOOOOOOT IM SO HAPPY LOL. totally was not expecting this this morning . only checked bc of you @Ria!! lol i think you were in the same boat with me for the processing and checking for accuracy. the stress of tax season is about to be over thank you jesus lol
@dorkmath – if i was you i would give them a call and ask why that happened. if by chance there is a letter going out its best to know ahead of time so you can get a head start. last year i had a letter sent out and i found out 3 weeks before i actually got it. i uploaded everything that same day and had my refund in my account before i even got the letter.
more then one person has said their status backtracked to from checking for accuracy to processing
@Janette – yes ! at least some sort of movement.
my theory is that there was a overload with everyone that filed before and around opening day . like too many people and some of us got backlogged. i filed 1/15 and according to the customer service line they didnt officially accept mine until 1/25 i think it was. so i guess i was one of the lucky ones to get pushed back lol .
next year I’m going to do whatever i can to file after 2/15 since I’m a pather. but its so hard bc i get all my forms like 1st week of Feb and its so tempting lol i say this every year that I’m going to wait and it never happens.
well i just gave them a call and there was literally no wait time at all the guy answered right away so if anyone is looking to call them call now!
the guy told me i am in the last stages of processing and will be receiving my DDD soon. so fingers crossed i get my DDD in the next week MAX lol
i am currently a stay at home mom with my new baby so yes, i am very much counting on this money lol
@Sara same as me i filed 1/15 and have been on processing until yesterday when it changed to checking for accuracy. i guess were in the next round
@Janette i was so busy today i was meaning to harass the customer service line lmao but by the time i remembered it was 4:32 and they were closed. will be calling tomorrow though!
@Kiwi i did not call but i will be in the morning and keep you updated on what they say.so apparently the site updates twice a week and i remember it doing that last year so hopefully saturday morning us in the checking for accuracy and processing club will get another update since they seem to be making movement finally. hopefully we dont have to wait all the freaking way til next thurs!

congrats to everyone who got a DDD! i have officially updated to checking for accuracy lol so I’m guessing next week for us who just updated to that today will get a DDD.
@Maryann i dont think anyone got a date yet to be honest. & i think if anyone is going to get some sort of update it will be over night tonight considering last thursday a few people updates to the checking for accuracy
@pla – not sure. if i were you i would call the customer service line and see whats going on. could be your info is not uploaded in the system yet. most likely thats what it is. i filed on 1/15 and my info didnt show up on NJs site until 2/11. NJ takes forever with everything
yep i think thursday it is too.. even though it says their site updates twice a week but that seems to be bs. I’ve never been on checking for accuracy either so who knows

@Ria – 2 years ago i got mine on 3/9 then last year i had to verify my kids and got it on 3/27. and I’m with you in the “Processing” boat. sick of this crap like at least give us some sort of movement. they are worse than the IRS.
@Maryann Farrell – i dont doubt your theory at all! NJ is quick to take but when it comes to giving it back we all seem to have to jump through hoops and do backflips in order to get our hard earned money back!
going by last year it looks like the first batch of DDDs went out to a select few on 3/13 then 3/22 then 3/27.. i got mine on 3/27 year after getting a letter and sending in more info. REALLY hope i get mine before 3/27 this year.. this wait is so annoying

according to the rep that i spoke with the other day the site updates on Mondays and Thursdays. so lets see if we get some sort of update tomorrow. hopefully

@Ash what makes you think 05s will wake up on Wednesday with a DDD? just curious
I’ve been thinking that us weeklies might have that 846 release code behind the scenes. and since our transcripts only populate on Fridays to be viewable for us we just can’t see it. I’ve seen numerous reports of offsets being paid and advances being paid with no 846 code. i dont have an offset or an advance loan so i can’t check either, but i am praying that we have that 2/22 DDD like everyone else and we just can’t see it yet. I’ve had the 2/22 DDD the last 2 years and this year i have a 2/11 processing date and complete transcripts aside from 846 since 1/25. i dont see why people like myself wouldn’t update with a DDD along with everyone else. I’m pretty sure the whole daily weekly thing goes out the window once path is lifted. we will see soon enough i guess.

yes you are done . that trick only works for self employment not w2
if your self employed and your income shows up on SSA then that means the IRS sent it and approved it. but if you are W2, then checking SSA doesn’t really matter since your employers send it to them
so if your 2018 wages from your tax return are on the SSA website your approved then? mine just showed up there , and I’ve had path message since last week. also have had complete return and account transcripts (aside from 846 ddd code) for over a week now.
