I filed on 3/2/20 on 3/22 got a 5071C in the mail. Verification done on 4/29 as of 6/1 I am under 60 day review. I have not received a letter explaining this but yesterday I called a Tax Advocate she explain this to me. I talked to a friend yesterday and she went through this last year it was Jan 10 2020 when her taxes showed up and it was 3 days shy of a YEAR WHEN SHE RECEIVED HER TAXES.
I am going to rant here. 5071C a lot received that notice. Most have gone over the 9 week and still no update. I seen articals about Millions of returns have issued. Nothing on us who received the 5071C. So I am going to the media not to my Congress member or Senate they did nothing. When I did my ID verification I said welcome back to work she the IRS lady said. I WAS NOT OFF WE’VE BEEN WORKING!!!!!! Oh here is the messed up part I got the stimlus check was direct deposit in my checking acct.
Mine now says being processed. I now lost a date will available part.
I did I’d verify cause I recived a 5071C but completed that part. It’s been since April 29th. No up date on the trackerFiled on 3/4 got 5071c on 3/24 because of virus was able to I’d verfiy 4/29. The lady told me it could take me up to 12 weeks because of short staff and virus. It sucks we have to wait even with DD.
I filed on 3/4 TT 152 ! Today 3/14 no bars no TT 152 no other codes .
Just says being processed a refund date will be provided when available.
Does this mean mine will delayed?
