There are many members here having the same issues, with different preparers and banks.
Im sure its just the IRS being slow at actually releasing the funds.
Many users have received their refunds with no WMR DDD. So that proves they are having some technical difficulties this year.
If you do no get yours by the date it says to call, then call them, Odds are you will have it by the weekend.
It may just be the IRS, slow at releasing the funds. That’s why they tell you to call a certain amount of days afterwards, if not received.
The IRS is having issues, a lot of people getting there refunds with no WMR DDD status at all, and others not getting refunds with the WMR DDD.
I received my refund on the 21st with the DDD 2/22, on my emerald card, with fees taken out.
There is still hope, My ex got her refund, and it still says pending on WMR. It has been 21 days, so i suggest you call the IRS and speak with a live person.

Ok a couple answers to questions.
You will see NOTHING pending on the emerald card.
Deposits will start rolling in this evening, I have seen some others posting as early as 3pm EST, and continue all night.
They do the deposits in large batches, like a group of people at a time. NOT all at once.
So do not lose hope if you see others with theirs and you haven’t gotten yours yet..STALK the APP once you see others getting theirs. You get a TEXT hours after the funds are released to your card, and an email after that.
Your emerald card will update before anything else.

No, HnR block uses Axos bank formerly known as BOFI, there is no way to check on funds either.
I had a GA DDD of 2/18, I did my taxes via HnR Block, they received them on the 14th, but held them to pay towards fees /loan owed to them.
I am not sure If your preparer does the same, But you can check into that.
You all can start to see your money on your emerald cards tomorrow. After midnight tonight, call the number on the back of your cards, enter the 4 digit last 4 of card number, It will say they they received notice from IRS that your tax refund has been released, and to expect it loaded by 2/27.
I got mine on the 21st @ 915pm EST. with a DDD of 22nd.
They started rolling in @ around 6pm EST for other users, and on the hour every hour.

Charli, honestly. I would guarantee it on the 27th. But if your lucky you will see it on the 26th in the evening. There are alot of factors that go into it. =)

If you haven’t received your money yet, check the phone number on your card. Enter the last 4 digits, and listen for changes.
The day before starting around 7pm EST / 4PM PST is when they start moving funds onto your account.
The last thing that updates is Email, You will get a text a few hours after loading of funds.
Just stalk the APP. It updates first. with your money.
I have seen many without a DDD get a DD.
A Lot of issues this year is with early filers, using their last paystub to file taxes, not waiting on w-2s. If you don’t wait on a w-2 there is a good chance the IRS hasn’t received it, and it holds things up, as they cannot verify.

I am so glad everyone here is getting their 2/27 DDD’s . I received my DD on 2/21 with a DDD of 2/22 using HnR block, emerald card with fees taken out.
Generally with fees taken out, you see it the day before your DDD, if you paid fees up front, then you could see 2 days before, generally speaking.
Remember there have been many user that have had no DDD at all, and received a DD.

Did you create an account on their website, It will show you your account number there. However that account number will not work for verification.
They are looking for student loan account numbers still being serviced by the GOV

When the bank starts releasing or moving funds, thats when it happens.. They work in BATCHS, like 3000 people can have thier money at 7 then 3000 can have it at 8 then so on and so forth.

They took my state as portion of fees, didn’t even notify me they had done so, lol…
Moving on.. idc either way honestly, but they knew they would deposit to my card at 213am est this morning with that auto response, so they knew they had it, just waiting for them to move from the ” refund account ” to my card,.. which if you look, if you had any fees or loans removed, it different than your dda(card account) number..
Let just all hope for a speedy deposit non the less

Drew, that makes since, there was someone here last night DDD of 2/21 got it yesterday at 730ish, which would be 1030ish pst.
I think we will all se a major batch dump around that time.
I talked to the Emerald card ppl last night, I had my GA state ddd of 2/18, they said they received it on the 14th but it was only for a small amount so it went toward the HnR block fees.
Maybe you have a similar situation.

I would love to start a group based on an individual tax preparer, such as H&R Block in my case, Some others could do TurboTax etc etc.
The automated message says that the IRS has released my refund for deposit 2/22. The only way they would know that is if they got it, and are processing the fee reductions. Anyways. This is good news. Based on what others have said about a 2/21 DDD, we should see on our cards between 6-9pm EST

But yeah, if you called the offset hotline, and its not showing, its because its already been removed from your refund, and you will receive a letter showing the difference.

there are so many people already saying they have refunds. so the information you have is surely incorrect.
You can call the IRS 10 times, and all 10 times get 10 different answers.

JayD – If you have fees taken out of your return, like many of us do. They do not release funds immediately, they take their sweet ass time. They have had my state refund now for a week, its not enough to cover fees, so i wont see it.
If you look at your emerald cards routing number and account number, the account number does not match the account number listed on your tax paperwork, unless you paid fees upfront.
So it goes into 1 account, to get fees removed, then when they are good and ready they will put the remainder in your account. Which is almost always on the DDD.
Yeah, but the lady told me that it would come out of federal.. as my state wasnt enough to cover the $300 in fees.. oh well back to doing them myself next year. needed the $500 advance this year, paid the fees for it.. lame.. lol

feds 2/22@Michael Konstantellis Chime Banks partners with The Bancorp Bank. As well as GreenDot and many other prepaid cards.
