@Lyndsay did you ever get your refund? I never got my letter so after a month they sent me what was needed through the inbox. Id/ss card/proof of address. I did that yesterday and I’m wondering how long it took. Thank you in advance.

So frustrated letter mailed in 2/14 still have not gotten it. I message them and all I get is wait till the 14th and then call if I don’t receive. Shouldn’t have to wait a month for a letter. 🤬

Anyone who gets a unknown status on their page just sit there it will update!! Don’t refresh or nothing it took 5plus mins but it updated to funded! Hope this helps.

Took advance and to have fees taken out of refund. SBTPG not showing funded yet. Lesson learned never again will I use turbo tax.

I have credit karma , got the advance(never again), fees to be taken out my refund, woke up to a DDD of 2/24. Here’s hoping it comes early. Sbtg hasn’t known my refund received.

I filed 2/10 just checked and it’s saying more information required. A letter was mailed 2/12 but I don’t see any letters in my masstaxconnect account. Any insight on what this could mean? I thought all letters showed in masstaxconnect. I’m worried.

@kionna I wish it was that. When I check my refund it says more info required which is either audit or id verify😭 I can’t see it online and they couldn’t see it on there end when I called so now I have to wait to receive it by mail. Idk why the last 4 years it’s always something

I can’t see my letter on masstaxconnect. Tried calling them and they couldn’t see it also he said I have to wait for it to come in the mail. Does anyone know what kind of letter it could be if I can’t see it online? TIA

@radshackgirl77 yes and no. I used turbo tax card last year for my deposit was made to us verify and sent a check. this year I got the advance from turbo tax and they sent me a new card and account for some reason instead of my one from last year.

Pissed checked my masstaxconnect it’s green. I read to check the refund status instead of mass tax. And of course additional information required. Don’t know what same kids and same address. I didn’t get my state until late March last year cause of this 😡😡
