If you file a injured spouse form, it should be “married filing joint” you will receive the most of it because his income was low. Ssa would only keep his federal portion of the taxes.

I updated yesterday to code 846! DDD 320 👍
I filed 1/21 with eic/actc/IS and got DDD 3/20
I did, i filed on 1/21 with injured spouse,eic,actc and got a DDD of 3/20
@brap, i didn’t get any letters from irs,no id verify either but i was on code 570 for a good few weeks

@Brian last year i got my refund without transcripts or wmr updating AT ALL…was a sweet surprise compared to the bull this year!
@callmelei, no it hasn’t. Should update tomorrow morning but….all the years i filed mine has NEVER updated even after getting my deposit.
