@keishab, Sorry for the delay in answering your question. I did not have to send them anything. My w2 that I left out was a small amount so the TA sent notification to the IRS to release the funds. Took 2 weeks to get an answer from the IRS DDD was for the next week(this week).
DDD 4/10!! No update on WMR. Received call from TA this morning who advised of DDD ..
Spoke to my TA this morning who stated the IRS has released funds with a DDD of 4/10. Filed 1/30, 2/16 went to take action 1541, 3/1 updated to received and being processed. No update on WMR.
Spoke to my TA today who stated she put in to have my refund released on yesterday. I left out a w2 but since the 2nd one was a small amount she asked them to go ahead and process and check back in 2 weeks. Has anyone had their refunds released by a TA? Does it take the full 2 weeks? Just curious

It’s a shame that I sit up til wee hrs in the am to check WMR for an update…this is so sad. Situation is getting worse by the day😢😢

Trying to stay positive but it’s really hard to at this point. I finally got someone on the ta intake line who told me that it would take 3 days for someone to contact me😢 I really don’t have that kind of time..but there is nothing else for me to do but wait. Everything is falling apart the longer I have to wait. I don’t return to work until 4/29 (on an unpaid leave) so the money is needed. I see so many people who haven’t worked at all this yr committing fraud and receiving refund money because they let someone else carry their child or children. This is so unfair. Praying for everyone to receive their funds soon especially the ones going through a financial hardship like me.
For anyone that is trying to reach the national tax advocate line for a hardship it is now saying due to extremely high call volumes my call could not be completed for the topic choosen(hardship) and to try again later or the next business day. 😢😢😢 I am so over this. I don’t know what to do. Can anyone give me some good advise?? I filed through taxpayer on 1/30 accepted 1/30. Take action from 2/16 updated on 3/1 to the we have received your return and it is being processed. Going through a true hardship. Help PLEASE anyone who has some advise.

On the phone again waiting for a TA..this is so frustrating to be on hold for 2-3 hrs just to get hung up on. I just wish the irs would approve my refund and give me a ddd . They can see my other w2 just process my refund.I needed it like yesterday. My family will not be able to hang on much longer if I can’t get this expedited 😢😢 Good luck to everyone who is still waiting like me. #tiredofwaiting
Been holding for a TA for hrs. (For intake) was told by the first rep that my issue is due to wages. I didn’t file one of my w-2s which I knew because it came later . From previous experience the irs would just correct the situation. Haven’t been able to reach anyone on the ta intake line and I need one due to a hardship. I have a headache now. This is crazy. I’ve never had this issue before. Even if I happen to have a w2 that I didn’t file it never held up my refund. I would just file it the next yr.
How do you ID verify online. Is it all on the irs website?
Updated this morning to still being processed…There is hope after all. Hopefully we will not have to wait too much longer. Good luck to all of you!! This has been so frustrating.
