Same, i filed 01/30 and accepted same day, i called on 02/18 and told my return was in hold and to wait another 45 days, call on the 24th and told there was a review freeze on my account and to wait 60 days, and then I called this past Monday and told that my return had been pulled for a review so she couldn’t see it at all and to wait 120 days. I’m just so done X.X

I received my letter two weeks after they mailed it. It’s been two weeks so I called back and verified over the phone that time. They want the control number from the letter. If it’s been over 2 weeks, you can request they resend it.

Cycles that end in 05 are typically weekly updates. Meaning hopefully tonight, 12am-6am, will update. I filed jointly with my husband on Valentine’s Day and accepted the same day. Our transcripts are blank still. No cycle code, just nothing… Today is the 21st day since filing!

Hey! I wanted to ask if you got a letter in the mail to verify. I never got one but I called to fix another matter and they told me I needed to verify my identity. I was able to do it over the phone. But stressing because there has been no movement. It’s asking for the control number and I don’t have that.

Thanks for the update. Now it makes sense as to why so many of us never received the 1st letter they claimed to have sent out. I’m going to try calling to see if I can do it over the phone too. I hope you’ve seen movement by now or this weekend!

Yeah, i verified on 02/21 and today my WMR finally went from STILL to BEING! 2 weeks. I say you are gonna have refund my early next week!

@Mara_slayer 877-423-6711. All I had to do was tell her ss number, name, address, and amount of refund. Then she went to check on it came back 5 minutes later and told me she has released it and should get in 5-7 business days.

My status on their website never changed, but I got a direct deposit in my account at 10:30pm in my traditional bank. Still shows application received but I have the money!

I filled 3/2, accepted 3/3.
Keeping my fingers crossed that filing a little later makes the process go quicker. It did last year, as I filled in early March and I got my refund 2 weeks after filing.
I haven’t checked WMR or anything yet. I usually wait until at least a week to 10 days after filling before I even check status on anything.

I verified my return 2 weeks ago and called and advocate today, as it’s been almost 40 days since accepted. I verified online and got the congratulations message. According to the IRS, they don’t have me as being verified. They said they are having this issue a lot and no one really knows until they call to speak with an advocate. 😡
