My bars went missing, but my refund amount was still there. I tried to pull transcripts and was told to contact the identity theft department. When I finally got through I was advised I was under review and thats why my bars went away – it was due to an identity theft flag from 2013 that was resolved. They said it can now take up to 9 weeks for my return to process since an actual human at the irs will be reviewing my return. I think i might cry now…………
Republic Bank received my refund as of this morning and it says it has been sent to my bank. Nothing showing up in my bank account yet though….hoping later today but I am sure it will show up in the morning.
I have a DDD of 2/1 and I used TaxAct so I have to have my fees taken etc from Republic Bank so I’m guessing I won’t see anything early. As of this morning nothing on the RB website or my bank account.
I have a DDD of 2/21 – I checked Republic Bank’s website and it says it isn’t received yet – I haven’t checked my bank account yet but I’m guessing if RB doesn’t see it then its not at my bank.
I can log into their website and have been able to from day 1, my question is do they actually deposit into your bank on your DDD or is that the date that the money gets sent to the
Update!!! Filed 2/6 have been processing ever since with topic 152 message. Was finally able to order both my account and return transcripts this morning SO I am hoping for a DDD very very soon!!! :)

2/8 or 2/9 got the topic 152 messageI have been processing ever since without any further change.
I cant order either transcript as of about 5 minutes ago…not sure what to think, I have heard that the fact you cant order either transcript is actually a good thing because it in fact means you are still processing and not under review, etc. I am starting to lose my cool, calm collected self :)I just want to wake up on of these morning with a DDD, I even had a dream about my direct deposit date the other night – which is just so very wrong LOL!
Ugh :( I was so positive that I would see some change this morning but woke up to the same processing message! I think I am going to cry…lol
@Abby did you get a topic 142 or topic 152? I have topic. 152, refund information about direct deposits etc….but that’s been on mine since 2/8 I think. I finally got my orange bar back this morning but no new info just received and processing, 21 days blah bah BLAH! :)
Well according to the chart I should be getting my refund around the 13th…I filed just after midnight on 2/5 so technically it was 2/6 but well before 11am so since the 13th is a couple days from now you would think I should have a DDD by now but it just says processing, etc. I did call the IRS but she said to wait 3 weeks from when I was accepted :/ and wmr is driving me up the wall because it has me locked out….but the hotline still says processing. Does anyone know if the hotline gives you you your DDD if you have one?
Nothing has changed for me either… I was able to get into the wmr site all morning but its still the same “your return has been recieved and is being processed, please allow 21 days….” and I still have the tax topic 152 thing on the bottom for direct deposit….I dont really want to call the IRS cause I have heard they are being rude and they can just push your return back to make it take even longer :/
Well still nothing for me, I guess I was too impatient and got myself locked out of wmr and now the site is unavailable :/ Looks like I will sleep on it and hope to wake up to some good news! Meet y’all here in the AM. (I’m in MN so I will be here early!)
I haven’t even tried the transcript thing, frankly I am scared it’d going to flag me or screw something up so I’m just trying to be patient….
Well I filed/accepted on 2/6 and am still processing…but some of us 2-6’ERS have DDD of 2/14…so it shouldn’t be too long after that!

Abby, same here. I called the hotline and got the 21 day hoopla and was actually able to get into wmr for a moment and still just had one orange bar and 21 day message, no deposit date :( I’m so sad. Lol I think wmr is supposed to be down today until 7pm (eastern) tonight so I’m hoping for some change after then.
I filed at 2am on 2/6 and within minutes recieved my accepted email, checked wmr right away and already had the first orange bar – then on 2/8 my orange bar disapeared and I couldn’t be found in the system (I almost cried…btw) called a lady at the IRS which told me that when you start processing that’s what happens and not to be alarmed. Later that night (10pm or so) I checked again and my orange bar was back (yay!) and I had the standard “your return is processing…please allow 21 days to recieve your refund” crap. BUT this time i had the code 152 message at the bottom which means I am set to recieve my funds via direct deposit. As of right now I am still processing but seem to be moving in the right dirrection!
I have heard that the IRS does a big update on Sundays so I am hoping to recieve a DDD either tomorrow or Monday but based on the pattern for people filed around the same time as us there seems to be a 4 day pattern. Meaning four days after they are accepted they recieve their DDD and their DDD is usually 4 days after that. SO we should get our DDD around 2/10 and our DDD should be right around 2/14. I hope! I will update when my status does :)
I filed with TT on 1/26 with a form 8863 and it just saying “pending” so I dont think its even been sent to the IRS at this point…but I guess pending is better than rejected so I guess I will take it. I just hope they end up fixing this issue sooner than mid- February!
