Mine updated a little while ago to showing that they have it..took 36 hours to be recognized..I’m also at received return and it’s processing
Has anyone else been accepted by New York but not showing up when looking on New York’s refund tracker
Just got ddd of Feb 20..went back to processing on 5th after further review
I’m hoping that we all update soon also… I went back to processing from review yesterday… I looked back and saw that the majority that switched back last year had to wait at least another 8 to 10 days before a ddd… Hopefully we dont have to… Just never know with ny

I was looking at last year’s posts, and I believe Nana was right… The majority that went into further review on the 4th last year, went back to processing on the 7th…unfirtunatley, it seems as if most of them didn’t update again untill the 19th with 22nd deposit dates… Almost as if they were all resequenced due to an issue or something… Just very odd how 90 percent of us have the review message now.. Also, last year it seems as if Tuesday the 5th was the first major ddd update, but this year that happened yesterday on Monday… I don’t know, just trying to find logic in it all… But this is ny after all, so probably wasting my time

Just wondering if they are backed up, and this is new Yorks version of resequencing.. And that the still processing ones made it through
It’s crazy, when 90 percent of people are getting the further review message. Hopefully we update quickly.

I checked mine and it says processing still.. Wonder if they were maybe doing an update when you guys checked.. I dont know
I was scrolling through last year’s posts, and I saw that we had someone get a ddd for nys on February 1st for the 6th, then next ones were on the 5th for the 7th and 8th. If we are lucky to have the same this year, that would mean tomorrow possibly and Tuesday. Just hoping we all get through quickly, every last one of us.
I updated to a direct deposit date on the 5th of February for a deposit on the 8th
I saw you guys being accepted, so I checked, and I have been accepted also. Updated within last hour too. Let’s pray for every single one of us to have a super smooth process
Hopefully they start accepting today soon. Last year, I know that I didn’t get accepted till 10pm on opening day
Sometimes they accept before irs opening day, but not sure about processing. Nys is iffy sometimes and hard to pin down, generally, the first direct deposit dates are around 9 to ten days after irs opening day.. I could be wrong
Was just able to file nys.. Hoping we all have a smooth season
My federal was accepted yesterday. Haven’t filed nys because my forms aren’t ready yet

My nys refund was scheduled to be deposited on the 14th, but I just received notice that it was deposited to my netspend card today.. Four days early
I’ve never used netspend for state taxes before… Will nys refund post early to my card like the federal does
I was accepted the 27th… Been on return received and processing for like nine or ten days
I just updated within the last half an hour.. U was at received return amd processing and now updated to ddd of the 14th

I mentioned that too when I saw the tax department say that the federal delay has no impact on nys refund timeline, unfortunately, this is nys we are talking about and you never know what they are gonna do… But I hope you are right amd everyone here gets a ddd very soon!!!!
I have not heard of a single person getting a ddd from nys and I searched all over trying to find someone… On nys taxation Facebook page they responded to a user and stated they were not following the irs path delay… So wtf is really going on!!??
Just received notice that my nys return was accepted at 1:44pm…no info on nys tracker yet though
I was audited the year before last, but last year I wasn’t… That’s the only experience I have had with being audited
I hope that all the new York state filers will post here regularly with updates. I filed through taxact and it said submitted to nys for processing.. I’m hoping that they start accepting next week… With the federal delay of February 15th, it will be interesting to see if nys processes and approves refunds before then.. I will post back once I hear of mine being accepted and what status nys gives me on their tracker… Good luck everyone!!
If you received a ddd then you should be clear. I was audited last year and the status said I would receive letter in 10 days then it switched to audit status.

I checked my status again and it updated sometime this afternoon. I have a ddd for 2/17. It also says it is being adjusted but I think that is due to a small tax bill from last year. I will keep you posted.No ddd update for me either. I have been on final stages for the last 11 days. It’s the only message I have ever gotten since being accepted February 1st.
I don’t know how they update. I see some people are updated throughout the day, but mine also seem to be overnight. I was accepted on 2/1 and received final stages status immediately. I have had the same message ever since. I really don’t know what to make of it because I never had it happen like this before. I do wish there were more people on this NY forum to update on the or statuses so that we could stay informed.
