@cher @sissy @Eileen this literally happened to me and idk what to do – i filed on 2/29 – accepted same date – accepted same day – STATE came in on 3/13 – no bars on WMR – N/A for transcripts – called and they said to expect a letter in 6 weeks asking for more forms but they could not tell me wat forms – any advise? thoughts?
@Andrew smekens when did you file? and how long did you wait for a letter? im in the same boat thanks to turbotax
first time turbo tax user – filed on 2/26 – accepted same day – STATE came on 3/13 – FEDERAL no update, bars disappeared – transcripts say N/A – called Thursday was told to wait 6 weeks for a letter asking for more forms COULD NOT TELL ME THE FORMS – called today since im worried about the virus and not being able to work – was told my letter has not been sent to wait 6 weeks and could again not tell me any info – has anyone been through this? any advise?
@adrienne they never sent u a letter ? I filed with TT also and was not promoted to enter my 1095a so i assume this is the reason for my refund being delayed – no bars, transcripts are NA and well I called them today they said to wait 6 weeks for a letter
my health forms were not asked by turbo tax either wtH!! now theres a delay in my processing
@thicks @mimi i think this is what is causing my delay – first year with Turbotax and they did not ask me about my marketplace insurance – my returns are the same each year never with any issues – i called the IRS today as my 21 days are up and they said “some forms were missing or didnt transmit over” so i now have to wait 6 weeks for a letter since over the phone they could not tell me anything.
@maypower – im around the same time as you for filing – and situation – but i got my state last week and when i called the IRS today she said there was some paperwork missing – i asked them which ones and she said to wait for the letter than can take up to 6 weeks!!
my 21 days were up this week – on Sunday my bars disappeared and i got the “still processing” with TT 152 – my significant other – i filed his the exact same way two days after me and he already got deposited on the 18th – I called the IRS today and she said there was some forms missing and i should get a letter in 6 weeks but she could not tell me wat forms it was – so im back to square one
