Still inside green parentheses for me. This is the longest it has ever taken for my refund.
I filed 1/30 accepted 2/4 and my amount is still green in parentheses.
I filed 1/30 accepted 2/4. It’s green and zeroed out on the first screen but when I actually go to the return for this year, it’s green and have my mouth in parentheses.

Even though my return has been approved since friday and my balance has been 0 since Tuesday. I still do not have a approval letter. So I dont know wjat Georfia os doing this year. Usually 2 days after you account turns back to 0 you get a dd

If you log in to your Georgia tax center account you see itI called and was told what I was previously told that I have been approved and waiting to get direct deposit. I said I haven’t received a approval letter she said that is nothing to worry about. Who knows… Just waiting now
Wha t time does Georgia opens so I can call them. I’m on day 2 back down to zero balance still no approval letter

That is my issue I have a zero balance and no letter and as of 5 minutes ago I still have no letter of approval@momdukes
This approval letter is so confusing to me. My account did everything everyone else’s account did overnight except get a approval letterI am confused about this message

Everything changed for me except I didnt get a letter. Anyone else change without the letter
my green credit balance has disappeared and now I have a zero balance and so glad for movement. I al have this

@Cierra I don’t know because my husband spoke with her. My husband said she said it was released last week. So the day I got reseqenced would make sense with the previous post. But I told him are you sure she didn’t mean today and he said she may have said that. So 💁.. Lol I’m hoping for the best.

See when I called the rep didnt even acknowledge I had been reseqenced. Just the 90 day speech blah
I called . i was accepted on 1/29 and got reseqenced to 2/9. She said we received your return on 1/29 and gave me the 90 day speech and said we just haven’t got to your return. Im like duh you reseqenced me
Woke up this morning to being reseqenced to 2/9. 😞😞😞 so instead of doing the return with no errors. They just skipped everyone that filed before they caught the error. Makes sense😒😒
What number is everybody using to call
I’m just trying to figure out those of us that filed before the first are they going to continue to process and approve people they filed after the first or are they literally going to go back to us and processed ours because I feel like they’re just processing everyone that got approved after the first and not processing the people before the first I know there were errors but my account doesn’t have any errors I wouldn’t see the point of waiting process my return

It seems like people who were accepted after 2/1 are getting approved. I was accepted 1/29
From previous uears my balance would go back to zero and then a couple days later I have a dd. When did everyone get accepted that has a approval letter?
No letter for me either 😞. I wish they would let everyone know when they are releasing the funds. Maybe the phone calls would stop. But they are being incognito about it.

when I checked through my GTC account it gives me the 90-day speech if I check through wheresmyrefund I get the six to eight weeks speech sigh just push the button blah blah blah

I get that Georfia is tryong to combat fraud they were supposedly doing that the last few years and I got my refund in a timely fashion. I remember when they spent all that money updating their systems for fraud. Sign blah blah blah just push the button already lol
Woke up and still in green. Anywho I did read where they said Georgia wait maybe 90 days because they are trying to combat fraud, but my thing is they were combating fraud last year and I still got my refund in 8 days
If we were going by previous years than I would have my refund by Thursday. Just wish they woild push the button. I don’t even see the reason why they won’t. 😞😞

My refund still in green. I wouldn’t be upset if other states weren’t getting theirs.

Update: W2 and 1099 File Acknowledgements
The Department had an issue from January 13th thru January 30th where the acknowledgments for W2
and 1099 files submitted on GTC were encrypted. We have resolved the issue and the
acknowledgements are now readable.
What you need to know:
• W2 and 1099 files submitted on or after Feb. 1st now have readable acknowledgements
• Resubmit W2 and 1099 files submitted prior to Feb. 1st if you received an electronic message
stating “One or more employers in the W-2 or 1099 file “file name” failed to process”
What you need to do:
• If resubmitting the original file with no updates, you must change at least 1 character in the RA
record for W2 or 1 character in the T record for 1099, this will tell our system this is not a
Duplicate. You will receive a readable acknowledgement showing the error(s)
• If you were able to identify and correct the errors in the original file or made any changes, you
can submit it without changing any characters. You will receive a message that it processed or if
it still has errors you’ll receive a readable acknowledgement

Last year I filed 1/26 accepted1/28 dd of 2/7 for state. Was hoping for same timeline this year.
I’m back to the 90 days message again
Filed 1/27 accepted1/29 .Got the 90 days message yesterday. Went into my account the refund amount is green. Wake up this morning. The message read please allow 6-8 weeks. Anyone get this
