Hi, all my SC state filers. It’s that time again. I filed on today 1/23 no acceptance as of yet. Will return back when accepted to post on the timeline.
This is the first year I owe the IRS. Not a huge amount but I get the refund advance every year via Turbo Tax. Will this change things for me this time?
WMR Accepted but TT shows pending with no sign of RAL anyone else in this boat?
I just filed State Taxes today along with Federal. Federal got accepted right away. I am still waiting on MA state to be accepted. According to the internet, today is opening day in MA. We shall see if it gets accepted..

I’m using H&R for the first time this year to save a bunch of money, I usually do it in person. However I was filing taxes online and ran into the same error. This is what they told me.
The IRS hasn’t released the form to them yet but somehow it works off and on. They told me that it will be released on the 1/31, so to expect it then.
This was directly from H&R so I don’t know what to think. Ill update if it get in before then.

FreeTaxUSAI know that this is a new service provided by CashApp–I think it uses the standalone tax platform formerly provided by CreditKarma Tax services, I’m assuming because CK now uses TurboTax exclusively to file. So a lot of unknowns on what to expect, for me. Anybody have any info or experience with CashAppTax to share? Thanks!
First time posting on this forum. I submitted my taxes on 1/22/23 and used HNR Block as I did last year. I claimed several credits such as Child tax credit, EIC, Education Credits. I’m hoping that everything goes smoothly this year for all of us as last year was awful. I had to amend my taxes due to stimulus and forgot to claim the other portion of the stimulus which was around $1500. So, I amended and had to wait about 5 months to get my money.

Paid for fees upfront: NO, used my refund to cover the fees that totaled around $71 dollars.HNR Block states my refund should be available around the first week of March, but im hoping sooner!
Mine is half the amount this year in comparison with the last few. Nothing much has changed either, just mo more COVID bennies.
Is it possible for somebody in the test batch who also has PATH credits to get their refund early, also? Before mid-February? As it seems every year, there are always a small amount of people who claim they have received their PATH refunds a bit earlier. My first year in test batch–probably because it is also my smallest refund in years.
I went with Cashapp cuz they offer free filing AND audit protection (which I always get and pay $159 plus SBTPG fees for). So I am getting nearly same refund amount and the only extra fee being taken out is the one from SBTPG. AND I apparently made the test batch–another first–as I flled 1/19/2023, was accepted almost immediately, and as of 1/22/2023, am already at one orange bar!
TurboTax and CreditKarma angered me this year as I was offered the RAL again and would have gratefully accepted except for the fact that my CK account I created to get last year’s RAL and refund was eventually closed after the funds were spent, and CK will not reopen. No other way to receive the RAL except thru CK account. So for the first time in 12 years, I am not using TurboTax.

1/22/23 – Processed (could’ve been processed earlier. Today was the first time I checked)This is the first time in over 15 years that I haven’t had to call them to push my return through.
So I must have been a test batch but got rejected for missing IPPIN numbers.
I corrected it and refiled. Has anyone else had to refile ever and if so does it take any longer to get accepted on a refile than an initial one?Anyone trying to file online with H&R Block and getting this error? I always file early and this has never happened to me before.

Mine were rejected due to an Invalid IPPIN
I followed the instructions on how to get one but have no idea where to enter it to refile…My return was accepted today in a test batch and I already got my RAL from CK. PATHer here so the rest of my refund waits another few weeks.
mine got accepted today. also already got my RAL from Credit Karma. I’m on the PATH so the rest has to wait, but super excited that the RAL came through (first time using one)
