@rosetta my TT never updated either. everything is weird this year.
Maybe not for today but every time they have received my funds i usually get them the same, I use USAA and their is no hold on deposits. So i am really just hoping to see it update tomorrow man. That would be ideal lol
@jared that is crazy. I can only hope them being down now is because they are trying to update everybody’s info. 3 years i have been going through TT and SBTPG and never had an issue.

Called the IRS and finally got through to somebody helpful. DDD 2/23. All you guys with 846 code, i feel like will be getting a DDD 2/23 tomorrow. The wait is really almost over

This sucks lol but i am lad i am not the only person going through this. Seems like everybody else has a DDD already

@renae wow that’s crazy. I am seeing weeklies who are calling and being given a DDD of 2/23. I am gonna try and see what they say

Same thing for me, no update. Cant order online transcripts. 20170405, filed 1/25. My friend filed 1/27 and got his DDD today. HOC ACTC. so they are definitely moving. Hopefully we have an update tomorrow
@kelly IKR? i am convinced that we must be weekly now because i am seeing ppl that filed before and after us with DDD of 2/22
Interesting so i just called IRS and got a really nice lady who confirmed they are not reprocessing returns. But she also stated that my refund had not yet been released. She gave generic week of 27th answer. She stated that she did not yet see a DDD for me. I also filed and was accepted 1/25 so i have no idea what order they are moving in lol

Cool i filed on 1/25, I know it has been 21 days but is that 21 days to the IRS lol?

What EXT did you dial and what did you say? Just said hey, what’s my DDD?
Thee is a guy in another thread who said he called offset line and was told he had DDD of 2/22. He stated he filed 1/28. So I have no idea what is happening. Only that i fully expect to see the same message we have now on WMR tomorrow as well.

When did you guys file and get accepted? I was 1/25 which was a Wednesday, I read somewhere that if you file on Wednesday you become weekly.
Lets keep this thread going for us. Can’t be a coincidence that well all have same processing date and cycle code and are seeing the same things. I bet we will probably all update at the same time.
Guys don’t call the treasury! That number is bogus! Google it, it takes you to a fraud website that doesn’t even exist anymore! I work in IT and i can spot a scammer quickly. Here is the link to the website. Again google the number if you don’t believe me. I hope they are not asking for important info like name DOB and Social. Link Below
Wouldn’t trust that Treasury number. If you do a quick google on it seems like scam. Another way for them to get important information from you. First thing that comes up is this fraud looking website. I will post link below

So there are multiple reports that we still not be seeing any refunds until the the week of the 27th. IRS, Turbo-tax, HR Block and most other financial institutions are all posting the same thing. I think it is kind of unfair to get people’s hopes up with “inside information” Until i see somebody with an actual pending deposit, all of these cycle codes and dates are really just speculation at this point. Trying to create our answers when one has been repeatedly given to us.

I filed with Turbo Tax and have EIC but i did not get this email. Not yet anyway, I will update if that changes.
I have a feeling we are not gonna start seeing refunds until 2/27. Evenif you have a 2/13/2017 processing date. Found this info right on IRS website:
“Where’s My Refund?” Begins Updating Feb. 16 for EITC and ACTC Filers
By law, the IRS must hold Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit refunds until Feb. 15. Taxpayers will begin to see refunds claiming EITC/ACTC the week of Feb. 27. “Where’s My Refund?” will update for EITC/ACTC refunds beginning Feb. 16, with the vast majority updating by Feb. 18.@needinfo i see man. Talked to an IRS agent a couple mins ago and she was adamant that nobody with PATH would get refund before 2/27. But she also didn’t think i can order my transcripts yet because i did not get my refund. But i have had them since like last week. So at this point i really dont know lol
So my cycle code is 20170405 and date is 2/13/2017 does that mean it will process on that thursday? If following how it has worked in the past?

From all i know about it we shouldn’t expect nothing back from IRS until after the 15th. I am in the same boat. Filed 1/25. Had PATH message since 1/28 and have been waiting with no change since
@gemini i am wondering if it’s like the past few years because i always get the 90 days message and end up getting NYS refund way after i get my federal. i have just never seen this message before
@NINI i got the same message did they say they are holding it like the PATH ACT or are we under further review? It’s confusing me because of the word “may” lol. Like are we or aren’t we?
@willbeas did they speak to how the PATH ACT actually works? Like I understand it is to crack down on fraud but how so?
