The reason people get upset is because there is so much misinformation being given out online that is far from the truth. My wife do works for IRS and for job security, I wont give her name. Yes, she is a temp but she in in house and she asked questions. If you have the PATH message, and can order both your return and act transcript ,,,,you are APPROVED! If your processing date ends in a 13, then your refund will be process that day and sent out with what’s called a PID (PENDING ISSURE DATE) of the 15th. which mean your bank can not post it til the 15th or after. This is what she heard so take it anyway you want.

What that rep said is flat out wrong but just google irs publication about refund’s delayed from path act might be delayed up to the 27th but not all..and reamber the operation word MIGHT

Talked to an IRS agent a couple mins ago and she was adamant that nobody with PATH would get refund before 2/27. But she also didn’t think i can order my transcripts yet because i did not get my refund. But i have had them since like last week. So at this point i really dont know lol

Last year I was told by the IRS that once your account has been worked on and submitted that transcripts are immediately available online. There is no delay. I consider that real time. Sorry if I misspoke…..or mistyped, lol

So my processing date is 2/13/2017 but my As of date changed to 2/27/2017 what does that mean? I filed 1/17/2017 accepted 1/19/2017.

I still have a processing date of 2/13 but I’m seeing on Facebook that many people who had 2/13 have now changed to 2/27 on their transcripts. Anyone know what’s up with that? I am able to order both account and return transcripts and also have PATH message.

Transcripts are updated through out the day, but they are not updated in real time… There is a big difference.

This sounds about right. I received my transcript and have 2/13/2017 on it. I told myself this must be the date there going to send it to the bank and I should have it by the 15th, 17th the latest. So to see this post made me a bit happy :)

Hoping we (1/23 filers) wake up with DD on the 15th!

I believe this to be true, because I use my netspend card for my refund. The months I don’t use the card it doesn’t charge me a monthly fee. I haven’t used this card since Oct of last year, no fee has been charged then all of a sudden 2/5/17 a $5 maintenance fee was charged but no activity on the account, which leads me to believe either Netspend has my money or received info on pending deposit. I filed 1/25/17 with eic….I have the path message but can order both transcripts. So just waiting on my deposit.

Filed and accepted 1.29 no credits bars for a few days then now no bars for the week, refund amount gone and just says processing TT152 I can’t get transcripts either!

Can you ask her about the disappearing bars? It’s been that way for me since Saturday. I only filed education same address jobs everything. Just really stressed nervous as I’m going on vacation.
