@nymomof3- It’s frustrating enough to be stuck on further review (whatever that even means 🙄) for weeks but I would be stressing out if there wasn’t any information listed. Stupid question coming but have you called them? I pray that you update this week!! 🙏🏻

My transcript updated this morning to a FED DDD of 2/22 so hopefully NY will be following along soon now. NY accepted my return on 2/1 and I’ve been on further review since 2/3.
Still on further review too.
I do think it’s somewhat linked to the federal and path act. Based on previous years I’m expecting to see ddd for both I’d say 2/22, 2/23 or 2/24.
Last year I got both the same day.
I have not moved off of no information available since I filed on 1/17
No surprise here, I’m still on further review. I’m expecting to get a NY ddd for around the same time. It’s usually within a day or two from my Fed ddd. I hope you update soon!
I’ve seen a few people saying that there seems to be a connection with their NY refund being approved and PATH. Since 2018 my NY refund statuses have changed to approved after PATH lifted. Just sharing info:
2018- approved 2/20, ddd 2/23/18
2019- approved 2/19, ddd 2/22/19
2020- approved 2/18, ddd 2/20/20
2021- approved 3/5/21, ddd 3/8/21
2022- approved 2/24, ddd 2/25/22@MD- For the past few years my NY refund hasn’t updated to approved until after the PATH hold lifted.
I got the notification that NY accepted my return very late on Wednesday (2/1). I just checked my status for the heck of it and I’m on further review. 🤷🏻♀️
I’m beginning to think that “further review” is here to stay and is just part of the NYS process now.

Good afternoon everyone! I just filed on 1/25. Everything seems to be moving along smoothly with my FED return which is good but NY hasn’t accepted my return yet. The annual waiting game begins…😵💫

I’m still on the processed message which I thought I would be. Last year it took me 18 days just for my return to be accepted so I was happy that this year it only took one day. If all goes well then I probably will see an update next week or the first week in March with a ddd. My federal was approved for Tuesday.
Progress! I have this message now-
We have received your return and it is being processed. No further information is available at this time. See Understanding your refund status on our website.I understand what the rep was saying because yes technically your information won’t match until your return has finished processing but it seems unnecessary to me. I don’t see why the message can’t simply say that your return has been received and is being processed.
I still have the info doesn’t match message so I called just to make sure that they do have my return. The rep looked it up and said that my return is there it’s just processing. She said that the “info doesn’t match message” is because when you type in your refund amount the system doesn’t have that information yet since it’s still processing so that’s why people are seeing that message.

I filed my Federal and NY on 2/3. NY accepted my return on 2/4. I checked yesterday and today and I’m getting the “your info doesn’t match” message too but after the weekend from hell that we had here with the ice storm I’m thrilled just to have our power back on. Our water (and everyone else’s) is still frozen, there’s no available hotel rooms anywhere, I can’t do laundry and I’ll have to throw away everything in our fridge but we have heat and lights again!
I just filed. Let the waiting begin! 🤣
My “as of” date has been 5/31 since 5/14. It changes to 6/14 but then it goes back to 5/31. On my 2019 transcript my “as of” date changes from its usual 5/11/20 to 7/12/21. On 7/2 when my “as of” date changed to 6/14 again on my 2019 transcript my “as of” date changed to 7/19/21 for the first time. I don’t know if any of these changes mean anything though. 🤷🏻♀️
No update here either. I did have my “as of” dates flipping back and forth for awhile but that may just have been due to the CTC advance that I’m supposed to start receiving next week. We got our refund in February and all of the stimulus payments by direct deposit with no issues. We’re just waiting for the UE refund now.
@mickey-m- In the three previous years it took 21-25 days for me to be approved. NY is very slow!
I was shocked to check this morning and see that I have a DDD of 3/8.

My state was finally accepted today.
I used H&RB like usual and I still haven’t been accepted by NY.
My federal refund is pending in my bank already for Monday but still not accepted from NY.

I filed on 2/1. Yesterday the IRS accepted my federal return so now I’m just waiting for the acceptance from NYS.

So I was able to get into my online account with NYS Department of Labor and I e-filed on 2/1.
@Nymomof3- I haven’t filed yet either and won’t be filing until sometime in February. I have to wait to get my unemployment 1099-G mailed to me since I can’t access the online account and it’s not even an option to request it yet. I hope that you receive your stimulus soon!
Hi everyone. I’m not looking forward to doing my taxes this year because I was on unemployment for a bit this year and I don’t know why but I’m expecting for it to be an issue. :(

@Amy- I hope so but I don’t know for certain. In 2017, 2014 and I think 2013 I updated on Friday. Fingers crossed!!

I usually don’t get my NY refund until the same day that I get my federal refund or shortly after so those of you with PATH credits I hope that you update quickly after what’s supposed to be the “big” update tomorrow. Sorry guys! I know the waiting SUCKS!
