Congrats Samantha. So far no change on my end still stuck on 424. ugh!
I just received TC 424 (Examination Request) 05/17/2018 on my transcripts after calling and being told a request will be sent over to the examination department to either release or request more information and they have up to 60 days.

As of Date: 02/19/2018 then changed to 06/04/2018 with TC code 424

Received 4464C letter 03/05/2018Basically……..STILL WAITING!

F/A 1-29-18. Letter 03/05. Told to just wait. Getting frustrated seeing all the updates, even people who got letters 03/26 and later. You are not alone!
May 8, 2018 at 8:20 am in reply to: Post here if wmr says Your tax return is still being processed #4246349@Laura As of yesterday my wage and income transcripts FINALLY updated as well. Does anyone knows if this means they are closer to finishing processing the return? My 60 days were up 5/6 when the income and wage transcript updated. Anyone’s process similar?

Bars Gone: 2/16/2018 with Message: We have received your return and its being processed
Letter: 4464C received 03/05/2018 – 60 days nothing to do at this time…blah blah blah
Still no update.
Processing date of 3/05 20180704.
Received letter dated 3/05, so now they claim 60 days from the date of the letter.
Filed 1/29… this some BS.Has anyone with 570 and this cycle code received any updates?
same code still have 570, no update.
@Help!! From my understanding, code 971 means your tax information is being put in manually which means you should have an update soon.
Nothing changed for me. Still NO letters, NO issues, and NO updates.
BELOW ARE MY CODES
150 – tax return file cycle 20180704 date 3/05/2018
806 date 4-15-2018
766 date 4-15-2018
768 date 4-15-2018
570 account action pending date 3-05-2018WMR: “We have received your return and it’s being processed” (since: 02/16/2018)
March 8, 2018 at 2:53 pm in reply to: WMR Update: Still being processed changed to being processed – meaning? #4237585@mynxx87 Yes! And I am told they see no errors or issues by 2 reps, and under 45 day
review by another. Transcript cycle date and processing dates shows 03/05
March 8, 2018 at 2:21 pm in reply to: WMR Update: Still being processed changed to being processed – meaning? #4237576@ TP32 I thought the same thing. My bars disappeared, I got the message:
“We have received your return and it’s being processed” anticipating an update with a DDD
but that never came. I have been stuck on that message since 2/16.
@Joanna It means you will receive your refund on 3/12 in the amount shown next to it.
@pinky68 oh wow. This is crazy!!
What is even more discouraging is that there are other posting with a processing date of 2/26 and still haven’t seen any movement. I have a 3/5 processing date with cycle 20180704 (I’m assuming daily) and haven’t seen any movement.
WMR: We have received your return and it is being processed.
(Since 02/16 with amount and no tax topic)
February 23, 2018 at 3:20 pm in reply to: Is there a difference between "still being processed and being processed"? #4230415There have been so many differences posted between the messages:
“We have received your return and it’s being processed”
and
“We have received your return and it’s still processing. A refund date will be provided when available. TT 152”.
They are not the same.
I’ve noticed people with the first message (like myself) have been told:
1) Do nothing, it is still processing.
2) Transcript code 570
3) Wage Verification
4) Re-sequencedPeople with the second message have been told:
1) Do nothing, it is still processing.
2) Various letter sent. (review, ID verify, etc.)
3) Re-sequenced call back after the 28th.
4) A letter will be sent.Either way…. the IRS needs to do better with their lies, excuses, delays, etc… This is frustrating for so many people.

NEVER UPDATED TO PATH
1 bar until FRIDAY (16th)
Message: “We have received your return and it’s being processed.”
No Tax TopicBoth Transcripts Available (16th)
I have codes 150, 806, 766, 768, and 570
Processing Date 03/05/2018
Cycle 20180704I have been reviewing my previous transcripts and researching the dates and codes. Since the PATH law took place I noticed the processing time is longer (of course), but more importantly, I receive my DDD 4 DAYS before the processing date. This means I should receive my return 03/01/2018 and should have an update in WMR displaying this date 02/24/18. (If I am correct). In previous years (before PATH), I received my refunds the last 4 years exactly 12 days prior to the processing date provided on the transcript.
The day the IRS begin accepting returns is one week later than the previous year, and my return according to my transcripts (if correct) are exactly the same as last year just one week later.
I hope I’m right.

February 21, 2018 at 2:50 pm in reply to: Post here if wmr says Your tax return is still being processed #4227491I also have notice there seems to be a difference between “still being processed with tax topic 152” and “your return has been received and it’s being processed with no tax topic”
I have the second message, no letters, and was told it’s a waiting game.
IRS really is confusing sometimes.
