Guys, never call to speak to an agent unless your return is extremely late. It is a major red flag for them.
If you filed the last week of Jan, you will receive a due date of next Thursday.
Does anyone have insight as to when they update the status of our returns. Is it like federal over night?
I have never experienced anything like this from nys. I claim 2 children and always get my state in 10 days. My fed is usually 14 days. Still have the no further information info is available at this time message, something is very wrong.
I still have the no further info is avail;able at this time message . And someone said their status changed on the weekend? They’re closed lol. So, I’m not sure the website is accurate.
My federal has been approved according to my transcripts. New york state is a different story. Still that damn message no further info is available at this time.
So nobody has feedback as to why our messages say accepted AND no further information is available at this times. This seems to be affecting alot of us. I got my nys in 10 days last year and I claim children. ughh

For days I had final stages of processing, now it is saying I have been accepted and no further information is available at this time. Does anyone have any insight as to what this means???
