I got the 570 after I did my ID verification at ID.me. Does all this mean that I won’t be getting my refund until March?

Yeah we will get at some point.lol I’m still annoyed by the path when I have been getting child credit for 6months prior to taxes but then all sudden they have to hold to avoid fraud?? Everybody is just irritated including myself. Everyone has reason they need their money like yesterday, but doesn’t make it come faster.

I think their system is behind, and purposefully gives their employees information a day later. Just my theory. Prepaid cards should receive tomorrow I’m thinking.

I got a 570 and 971 on my transcripts last week, and this morning WMR says it cannot give information about my return or that my information isn’t correct… but I’ve been able to check it every day until today. Anybody else? I plan on calling tomorrow to see if I can get the 971/570 figured out, but would love access to WMR at least.

My personal experience, accepted 1/24 Pather. 1 bar until around 4 days before the 21 day mark got the delayed message. Transcripts updated Friday with 846 and DDD of 2/24. Yours could be different, but that is what happened to me.

I filed 01/25 with TurboTax, accepted the same day. No update this past Saturday I can’t check transcripts this is so annoying ugh anyone else in the same boat? There is no interest it clearly says 0% APR that was the only reason I did it was the 0%. If they do charge you then they charged you interest something really messed up

Can anyone else tell me why they took out 2 fees?? One $40 the other $39. Why the extra fee and no explanation? Why am I being charged b4 I get my money, yet there’s no real proof of what this 2nd fee is charging me.

Not an expert on the subject but I wouldn’t try this because it sounds like enough of a reason to hold your fund due to suspicious activity on your account as they like to say

I never heard of spruce but did looking looks about same as emerald card with few more options for savings account and credit repair. But it is also through metabank like the emerald card. Sorry couldn’t be more help first time I have heard of it.

I’ve been using TT for a long time. And pretty much every year I get my deposit the day before or on my DDD(this year Feb 24th) so I’m pretty sure you’ll get yours the day before or on If your deposit is going through the TPG

I normally use H&R Block`s Emerald card but this year they offered thier new Spruce card . Just curious has anyone recieved thier refunds yet ? My DD is 02/22 eitc and fees never used Spruce before kinda nervous.

Yeah we will all get our refund sometime. I understand people are getting irritated though, and we all have reasons we want our money now. Hell I need it to move currently paying outrageous amount for damn motel room since landlord I guess didn’t make enough renting to pay his property taxes. Been rough couple years everyone,but sure we will get refund this week. People call and h&r block reads from script well most of them. Give out the whole irs says should be in account 1st week march.

Hi Everyone. My GA refund usually gets deposited pretty quickly so I have never thought about it. I set up my account after reading this thread and I see my refund amount in green. I noticed there is a link to a form to “request refund.” Will filling it out move things along or should I just be patient?

I have BOA as well with same ddd date as you. Last year my ddd was 3/3/21 and it was deposited 3/3/21. No early payment. I’m waiting just like you. We can hope (I am) for it to drop early, but I doubt it. With all the issues this year with everyone’s refunds be grateful we’re getting one at all 🙏

Filed 02/06, accepted 02/07, WMR says still being processed, my account transcript says return not present for this account. I’m in the 05 category (or always have been). This is the longest I’ve ever had to wait on a refund.

Same DDD the 24th and my turbo account has shown payment completed since late Friday afternoon so I assume SBTPG has had my refund since then and took their fees already. I have an early access bank account so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that either SBTPG updates overnight at some point or I’ll just get my refund between tonight and tomorrow night without the website updating (I’ve read on here some people got a refund deposited without SBTPG updating but who knows lol)!

Select option 4, make up a six digit number when it asks, after it says it’s an invalid number select option 2 and it should give a message about your call being recorded. Then you’ll know you’re on hold.

Called SBTPG and was told they had received my refund and my prep fee was taken out of it. It’s scheduled for deposit on the 24th, which is my DDD. Afterwards I checked TT website and it had updated to show my order had been paid. No update on sbtpg yet, but I expect it to update overnight.

I have a DDD of 2/24 using TT & will be deposited to Credit Karma… my fees will be taken out of my return. SBTPG doesn’t show that they’ve received my return yet. 😒 assuming we will see a change tomorrow & maybe get our refund Wednesday… sucks that it’s being held up bc of the stupid fees. Noticed this am that tt has completed our transaction which means they got their fees. But I still have no deposit. I just don’t see how sbtpg hasn’t processed my money but they were able to get the fees already. Makes no sense.

The traditional bank won’t release your funds until the 24th and if you bank with any prepaid cards like Varo, rush card or any of those banks they don’t hold your money. They put it right in the account as soon as they receive the funds. I think that’s what he was meaning to say.
