DDD 02/24/2022 Used TurboTax and requested for refund to be DD to CKM account with fees being taken out. No pending transactions showing. Once my refund was accepted the status on TurboTax fees changed to payment complete, so I’m unsure if anything has been received. Will update once I received a DD.

Error department for advance child tax credit, stimulus which are easy fix error once transcripts update w/ adjustment on transcripts Other errors I have seen in delay are dependents , W2 info, offsets and ID verify. If your transcripts are not updated with adjustments then I don’t know if WMR will update until then. I think freeze is just until your processing date. HOPEFULLY. If anyone in delay speaks to IRS agent update please? Praying we all get our money soon.

means they are working on updates/refunds. Its a good thing. I just saw this as well.

My amount along with fees have disappeared. It still says unfunded but now it also has a refund advance whaich I was denied due to the state I’m in. I’m lost

When I called the offset line I chose the option 1 then choose option 2. It will tell you the amount of the offset. Mine was unemployment which I figured.

Anyone know why the SBTPG website keeps glitching. When it initially loads it shows info it hadn’t before (cash advance) and then 10-15 seconds later it all disappeared and goes back to the same info as before. Is it just updating or what?

What is your as of date? You will most likely see an update Wed or Friday… no other day. I have a DDD of 2/24 and received upfront payments. Everything looks Normal its just a waiting game. Even if path was lifted depending on when yours was processed and accepted could be why you do not have updates yet. It’s only those 2 days typically

I have 766 and 768 and 150, no 846 yet. (But no 570 or anything else too…) I’m believing what you’re saying about the ACTC because I’ve had it back faster when I used to have to file injured spouse!

@jessica just because sbtpg had reps taking calls doesnt mean the bank was open. trust me. they did not get yor money on the 18th. not if you had a DDD of the 24th. thats not how they work. ive been doing this long enough to know for sure 100% what im talking about 15 years into this.

Tried logging into SBTPG and it took a second, but loaded eventually. When it loaded everything was blank and my tax advance was showing up and then all of a sudden everything went back to how it has been so idk anymore. I’m about done with taxes in freaking general.

I filed 1/24, missed 1099 that didn’t come until last week, and got the EITC & ACTC. My transcripts changed on Feb 11. Path lifted on WMR on the 15. No abnormal codes, no change in transcripts last Friday.

Thank you so much for posting and letting me know that. I was hoping this agent was wrong. I did receive $3000 in advance payments July-December but claimed that on my tax return. I even went back and double-checked just now.

I had an Offset this year, Topic 203, from my understanding this is a partial offset(not taking my complete return) I called the number and they gave me an amount but I guess it doesnt coincide with my transcript. Is there any way to see what I will be getting through the transcripts? My code on the bottom of my transcripts say deposit on 2/24/22

Filed 1/24. Accepted 1/25. Had one bar on WMR with processing message. Then delay message. Then still processing message which it has had for the majority of the time.
Checked IRS site and it says my return is not yet processed and transcripts N/A
I think everything is back logged and a mess.
I guess this is my prize for filing early.
FWIW I have EITC, CTC, and file 1099

They should be able to provide more information on the phone especially when you can finally reach someone. if it’s been over 21 days and no letter or updates on their portals they should be more helpful. Fingers crossed I get someone nicer!!

Called 1-877-777-4778 (advocate office) and the wait was about 2 minutes. She said they were told not to give any personal information and told me they are not taking advocate cases until May 17th. I may try calling back later to see if another agent will be more willing to look up my personal information. She acknowledged that people are calling their line because they can’t get through to a human being on the IRS line.

Her message was that things are VERY different this year as there is an advanced child tax credit that they have to deal with. She asked if I received it and I said that I did, but that I made sure to enter it correctly on my taxes. She said it did not matter if it was correct or not, that anyone with the advance payments would have to be processed manually, which will be longer. I asked her if she thought my return would come within the 21-day window and she did not sound optimistic.

This agent could be completely wrong, as we hear so many different things from different agents, but I thought I should share.

Has anyone who received advance child tax credits received their refund, a deposit date, or transcript information?

The site is working there is like a minute delay or so on each page, if you keep each page open for a bit it will show back up and let you log in

Filed and Accepted on the 27th Jan. Nothing has changed except I get the ‘your return is beyond the 21 days’ message however for my wife (filed jointly) it says it’s still being processed.
Transcripts are N/A so I suspect they haven’t even looked at it. I say this because I know for a fact I did not included the Advanced credits from June to Dec. Very annoying to say the least.

Just realize guys, the banks have us by the short hairs. We MUST wait til the 24th before we see a dime. I been doing my taxes the same since 2013 and its never been early except 1 time in 2015 in the test batch. The bank (SBTGP) earns interest. They wont release anything til the exact day, not a minute before. I do not recommend turbo tax. They are expensive and the customer service is shoddy. I switched this year finally and cut my fees in half. I wish I had better news on refunds etc.

How did you speak to a live person at SBTPG?
I spoke to a TT manager and they said that TPG was open over holiday wknd, but their systems didn’t do updates and wouldn’t until today as it’s a business day.
my transcripts showed $0 as of Fri which means my refund was sent. TT updated Sat to show fees taken out. TT manager also said if the extra $40 fee TPG shows wasn’t refunded after the site updates that I just call TT and they’ll refund it right away.

Our DDD is 2/24 and we bank with Wells Fargo we always ALWAYS get ours on the exact day but Thursday seems like such a weird day to me, I’d like to hope for the tomorrow morning but I dunno. Also we use H&R and we haven’t got any alerts that our refund has been approved if I remember correctly last year we didn’t get them till after we got our money in the bank

Update guys. I had got this message 2/5 then I called they say error department said they corrected it and sent it back to irs 2/8 and it takes 8 weeks to get refund. Just looked at my USPS informed delivery I have a letter from US Treasury department I’ll keep y’all updated

When calling and hitting the options when you hit 1,2,1,3 and then 2 it say please wait. Then it will ask for social don’t hit nothing it will ask again don’t hit nothing… then it says to better service your call hit 2 before she even stops talking then hit 4. If the call que is not full it will go through. It was going through exactly at 7am now nothing. Just tried again. You have to call first thing in am is what I was told. It worked earlier but again not now.
