It indicates that SBTPG has your funds even though it still says unfunded on the website.

Just Google search SBTPG and it comes up click on taxpayer log in & it asks for ss return amount and how you filed

2/23 DDD SBTPG still unfunded someone swore after 12 today would show funded but not mine! Have a big purchase coming off my card Thursday just hope it’s there by then!

I used TT no advance but SBTPG taking fees

I haven’t gotten mines either. My ddd is 2/22 . On SBTG is showing all green. They took their fees out but nothing on my account. Ugh this sucks

Was talking to some friends to see if their DD hit yet. My DDD is the 23rd, still nothing. Friend #1 is the 22nd, still nothing. Friend #2 was the 19th, still nothing!! I was shocked to hear that! Theirs were free files, I paid my fee up front. All 3 of us using different banks.

I found that if you load the turbo tax app and click add a state, get to the screen where you select the tax form, then go back to the turbo tax home screen and select “view order details” it’ll update to, “Order Status: Payment Complete.” Hope this helps.

Hey everyone

Same as Ted when I called they said they didn’t see any reason for the delay. She did advise if I didn’t see any movement in two weeks that I should call back.

I filed on 1/30 and was accepted on 1/30. My transcripts are N/A except for the bottom right has 2022 but is blank.
WMR say “still processing”

I am hoping to see some movement this Friday and Saturday.

So when I finally spoke to a live person at SBTPG (had payment taken out of refund and advance with credit karma and used TT) she said they’ve received my funds (my ddd is 2/23) but said it was scheduled to be processed 2/22 and sent to bank 2/23
I stated that it says on theirs and TT that they don’t hold funds . She said they have to go through the processing steps. Doesn’t make sense if you received my funds on 17th and scheduled them toProcess on 22nd

My husband banks with Wells Fargo and his DD is 2/22 and he received his this morning. I have BOA and my DDD is 2/23 so hopefully my bank will release it early too!

On 2/18 wmr updated to the offset message and has stayed there I have called the offset line and it says no offset found, I just tried calling the IRS and I can’t get a real person. I’m freaking out I don’t owe any type of debt that it says it can be taken for and I have never had any issues with my refund in 20 years. The only thing I can think is I got unemployment during the pandemic but can they make me pay that back? Has anyone had this problem?it’s a very small refund but I really need my money this has been a tough year for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Last year it was bumped because of the Rescue Plan. This year it’s back to normal.

Yeah I don’t believe that’s the issue. I checked that info weeks ago when I was waiting for my state. Guess I’ll start to worry when everyone else starts saying their DD to chime are hitting

I’m about to call and see what the irs says the offset line still says I have no offset but wmr still showing message please keep us informed I really don’t know what is going on I’ve never had a problem in 20 years. Oh dang. Did you check if your account number and routing numbers are correct? I seen a handful of people saying they enter the wrong account number for their chime direct deposit and now their struggling to get their money. Cause chime ain’t helping them

Called HR Block automated and it said my refund was sent to my bank on 2/18. Using Varo for my DD, I spoke with Varo customer service on Friday and got the generic “we deposit as soon as we receive it” script. Still no deposit. Not really expecting too much at this point, I know my paychecks come on two days early but I haven’t had anything else DD to it. Worst case scenario one day closer anyway, my DDD is 2/23.
