Just checked again…still the same on WMR & the hotline… 21 day message, etc… All I want is a dang date so I can stop being OCD lol…this is getting ridiculous…I know I should be more patient, but seeing people who were accepted AFTER me getting DDD or money is just so frustrating! :(
Checked last night around 1:50am CST and no changed my wife checked again this morning and got a DDD of 2/11 as well.
i filed & got accepted on 1/28th. since 1/30th as of now, i am showing as returned received & processing on wmr & the same on refund hotline. i have just received a 4464 c letter yesterday. i was told on here to not to worry if i got the letter and on wmr still shows as processing and not a specific error/irs ref code on the wmr. also was told along with my sis (the original owner of this username) earlier today on here to not to worry about it because they got their refund the same day they got their under review letter. she called irs about it and they told her that they have been getting quite a few calls about it but need not to worry because it was a glitch in the system that has been sending out letters. hopefully, that is the case.
i also can’t order my return transcript but i can order my acct transcript.
The IRS must have gotten backed up quick. I was accepted early so it started processing 1/30, got DD of 2/6 on 2/2 and got $$$ late on 2/5. My sister’s was accepted 1/31 and still not even a DD date.
Wow! The 11th? Must be nice just check wmr still no luck. :-( Wow……
If you can do that msjoyok, then go for it.. Some of us who filed early, such as the 24th like me, and were “accepted” by the IRS, we cant go to another compaany and resubmit without the 8863. But anyone who filed after the 28th, and was never accepted by the IRS, then yes I belive you can do that…
Just letting you guys know that I was able to order transcripts tonight about 7pm PST

I called IRS today and the lady I spoke to told me the wmr site has three most up to date info. She said she would only check if I insisted that she did, I insisted. She told me that I was still processing and that sometimes it takes a littler longer depending on the department you get sent to. She said up to three weeks to process. So not much info, hoping some sort off update soon
I filed on the 30 and I am pending on TT, I’ve seen where you can go to another company and submit without using the form, get approved and amend later once the irs fixes the form. Some people are saying they’ve had success, I’ll let you know
Yeah, and that article says the 8917 form is delayed, and every other article I have seen, including on the IRS site, says that form is ok, and just not the 8863.. That article might of been from last year, as there was a delay last year, if memory serves me correctly….
I got the email from them around seven pm but normally it posts the next day I think 2-5 days is the safety net.
I got an email from HRBlock this evening at 8pm Est that says they got my refund, removed their funds, and are sending it to my card now. Then it says it takes 2-5 days for this. WTF. It’s THEIR card. It’s not like it’s going to some outside bank. Oh well. Now I just stay glued to the app till it updates.
I filed 01/31 accepted about 15 minutes later and was also showing on IRS website.. I have been unable to order a transcript with standard “still processing” message called the IRS and was told that I didn’t start processing til like the 1st and to allow 3 weeks.. I really just want an ddd just to feel a bit better this happened to me last year and I had to wait 16 days… I pray it isnt happening this year :(

I agree its frustrating, lets hang in there and give Uncle Sam a day or two I got a feeling most of us who filed on the 30 will get a DD for friday or early next week
SAME THING WITH ME FILED 30TH AND ACCEPTED 31ST BUT TEXT ON THE FIRST SAYING THEY ACCEPTED MY REFUND WMR SAYS NO INFO AVAILABLE BUT 800 NUMBER SAYS PROCESSING I SEE AN ONGOING THING ABOUT HRB THIS IS NOT THE ONLY FORUM OF PPL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE IDK WHAT TO SAY ABOUT HRB
To my surprise, my refund posted in SBBT by 9am today. Held true for me that SBBT posts a day early. JH has to print a paper check, which is still pending but says will be printed at my local office “within 24 hours.” So relieved!! As of tonight WMR still says “approved.” It hasn’t changed since 2/7 was given. Going out to dinner tomorrow! Best wishes everyone!
It is so frustrating. People accepted 2/2 are calling the IRS and getting DD Dates of 2/11 over the phone. Last year my taxes were in the batch that got all messed up, I can’t believe I am going through the same thing again.
I also filed with TT accepted 1/30….. No errors or processing reviews…. No DD, no return transcripts….. Nothing. So frustrating.

Does anyone know if the transcripts (adding them) update the same time as WMR or is it a totally different system?

I couldn’t agree more!!! I dont depend on the money but Its always fun to have a little more cash!! no updates yet ill keep ya posted.
I did my taxes with Liberty, anyone know how long it will take for my refund to go to JTH and then my bank? My refund will deposited in JTH’s account tomorrow.
If you notice, that article says nothing about 8863, which leads me to once again to think it is just someone taking the mid-Feb phrase and making up their own article.
If this were the case, we would be hearing the same thing from the MAJOR prep companies, not some obscure company I’ve never heard of.
I’m still showing processing w/the 21 day message on WMR & getting same info from the hotline…I don’t get this… so many others are getting DDD or their money…where’s mine!??! Ugh!
I think I tried twice. oh well. staying optimistic :) let’s hope we all wake up with at least a DDD.

Oh boy I tried ordering it 5 or 6 times throughout today. Today is the first day I ever tried to order it. I was optimistic until my status didn’t change last night.
After following this thread since I filed on 01/31 (accepted at 3am) and going through the WMR errors and then reappearing magically through out the following week, today was the day my bar finally jumped to the Refund Approved status with a scheduled DD date of Feb 8.
Thank you all for your updates, it kept me from wondering if i was the only one who kept disappearing from the IRS db.
Now lets see if the 8th DD does come through.I also filed hrb on 2-2-13 no updates on my taxes but processing ill let ya know when my status changes

Seems like im the only one on here (in the 01/31 accepted group) that got a refund date of 02/06. Mine was accepted 01/31 @ 2AM (H&R Block Online Free), and for some reason they gave me more money then what was on my return, so WMR and the 800 number never worked for me (until i got my return and put in the real numbers), but nevertheless, my refund was on my Walmart Moneycard at 3AM this morning (fiance got up to use the bathroom and checked).
Filed through TT also 2/1 accepted the same day 2 children,EIC,Child Tax Credit no update on WMR phone or Website and was getting the 21 day message with code 152 generic message but, now getting (We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgement e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS) I am confused at his point.
I feel like I am going to crash my bank just stalking it even though I know it wont be there until tomorrow.
I’m hitting the double jackpot as my State is due tomorrow too!
I was a accepted on 1/31 after getting an error on the 30th. I had to file form 8862. Wmr, 800# and Irs2go wasn’t finding me until 2/5 3am pst which says its still being processed. I hope it gets approved tomorrow.
Still 1 bar 21 day processing message on WMR. Not sure what’s taking so long, nothing too complicated. MFJ, 1040, same address, same job(1 W-2), 1 dependant(our child), no education credit. We do have EIC, additional child credit and form 8880 saver’s credit. Hadn’t tried ordering transcripts until a few mins ago, and wasn’t able to so still processing. I did receive my va state refund today, so that was quick. Hope to see a dd date in the next few days. I’m going to try to stay away from wmr, as its stressing me out over nothing lol.

@Yanking… that seems like the best thing to do doesn’t it? Hopefully by then a DD date or even a deposit would show up by then. I’m feeling a bit defeated now having read that there are some people who filed 2/1 who have already received a DD date of 2/8. Frustrating. The IRS has things so backwards the last couple of years. It used to be “first come first served” now it’s if you’re lucky enough to be stuck in the queue that has the least amount of returns to process.

Accepted on the 27th still processing but I am thinking it is because of the $14k+ refund. I am just patiently waiting checking once a day.
my sister filed and was accepted 1/28th. wmr says return receive and still processing. she can’t order her return transcript online but she can order the account transcript. today, she received a 4464c letter telling her she is under review. same thing has happened to our cousin & our cousin’s friend. they filed & accepted the same day on 1/28th because they did it together on the friend’s computer that night. all 3 of them received a 4464c letter today. wmr shows the same thing for all 3 as well and the hotline…still processing.
I have given up getting a DD for this week. I will check back in a couple days. Perhaps the IRS will get there act together.
Congrats to those with DDD’s!!! I was a ghost again on WMR this morning but called the hotline and got the processing message. Hopefully will have a DD date by the end of the week. Seeing all of you with dates gives me hope!
Got my refund on Netspend about an hour ago from SBBT
I’m having fees taken out of mines so im hoping its quick and I still get it tomorrow.
Does SBBT update during the day or just once a day? Now that I know my date is 2/8 I just want to see when it posts to SBBT. Then I can track it to my bank.
Anyone else stalking their bank accounts and itching for tomorrow to arrive? :)
Filed and accepted 1/31 within minutes of each other on 1/31. No dd yet. Can’t order transcripts. No EIC, MFJ, no education credits or any others except CTC which only reduced the taxes we owed. Used Taxslayer which we have used for the last 4 years. Same dependents. I am hoping to have a dd of 2/11 at the latest.
Hope this latest info is true. Almost refilled this week without 8863, but glad I didn’t now. Hopefully Turbo Tax begins transmitting our returns this week.
WMR says my DD date 2/7. Haven’t seen anything hit my Chase account yet… It would be a pleasant surprise to see my refund today! (mostly because it would stop me from checking every half hour)
Last year, my refund came a few days early and was deposited at 3am. I’d settle for 3am tomorrow morning ;D

The Internal Revenue Service plans a Feb. 14 start date for processing tax returns delayed by last month’s tax law changes. The IRS reminded taxpayers affected by the delay they can begin preparing their tax returns immediately because many software providers are ready now to accept these returns.
Beginning Feb. 14, the IRS will start processing both paper and e-filed returns claiming itemized deductions on Schedule A, the higher education tuition and fees deduction on Form 8917 and the educator expenses deduction. Based on filings last year, about nine million tax returns claimed any of these deductions on returns received by the IRS before Feb. 14.
People using e-file for these delayed forms can get a head start because many major software providers have announced they will accept these impacted returns immediately. The software providers will hold onto the returns and then electronically submit them after the IRS systems open on Feb. 14 for the delayed forms.
Taxpayers using commercial software can check with their providers for specific instructions. Those who use a paid tax preparer should check with their preparer, who also may be holding returns until the updates are complete.
Most other returns, including those claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC), education tax credits, child tax credit and other popular tax breaks, can be filed as normal, immediately.
The IRS needed the extra time to update its systems to accommodate the tax law changes without disrupting other operations tied to the filing season. The delay followed the Dec. 17 enactment of the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance Reauthorization, and Job Creation Act of 2010, which extended a number of expiring provisions including the state and local sales tax deduction, higher education tuition and fees deduction and educator expenses deduction.Now the million dollar question is since they started to process them we gonna get our money???????
Filed with Turbo Tax. Filed 2/1 @ 10:14am PST. Accepted exactly 1 hour later 11:14am PST. 1 W-2, 3 children, EIC, Child Tax Credit. No update on WMR phone or online, I am still getting the 21 day message. I also can not order transcripts.
So, I requested my transcript yesterday and I got updated to Dd 2/8 this morning. I had to call the hotline because I could not access the system, but apparently they are working at the IRS office.
I was told today that my return is in the Error Queue with the IRS. Any experience with this? She told me 3-4 but I’m sure if I were to call back I would get a different answer :(
I am beyond frustrated. I just keep seeing everyone get a DDD and I am stuck in processing everywhere I look: online, 800#, sbbt acct., there is NO MOVEMENT HAPPENING FOR ME AT ALL!!!!!!!!! I wanted the money this week for a little mini vacation next weekend, but SCREW IT. I don’t GAF anymore. I’m glad you people got your deposits even though you filed and were accepted days and days after me. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay.

I ended up entering one number wrong on the direct deposit account. Said it would be about a week to get my check in the mail. Awesome.

this is getting old! accepted 1/27 still processing and not able to order refund transcript.2/5 called Irs rep said nothing holding me up and should get update soon.
Was told today that they send refunds through twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon so there’s still hope for us yet. But I’m not getting my hopes up till tomorrow evening.
I called back because I was confused as to what to do because I didn’t get the “you will receive a letter” message and the rep told me that the reject that the previous rep was showing was from when I first filed on 1/30. I was confused about the 8885 credit and it was reject then, I fixed it and resubmitted on 1/31. She told me that my return was in the error queue, they just fix small mistakes and it should be corrected in 3-4 days, I filed with HrB so I’m not sure how I could have mistakes… So I guess I am still here in the 1/31 thread. So confused, I wish they would get their stuff together!
I filed through TT the evening of 1/31 and it was accepted within minutes. After days of no updates on WMR, and then getting the “Are you sure you entered your information correctly” message all day yesterday and earlier this morning, I just now checked WMR and APPROVED with DD date of 2/8. Glad I can stop checking the status!
SBBT sent my refund to Netspend at 9:30am ET but Netspend shows nothing. Netspend told me it could take 4 days to show. Hope not! Anyone else have Netspend that has recieved their money today?
