Mine took 12 hours from the time they said it was sent.. to the time it was in my account. Actually exactly 12 hours and 25 minutes. Hopefully that helped

I did get one a few years ago due to a similar situation. You should get it as soon as their system is back up as long as they have gotten the funds already

Yup fees were taken from my state. I only know that because I logged into republic bank and seen what was sent to me so I checked the fees summary. They are paid. I did finally get my state though!! Abbott an hour ago! I can’t recieved my state before federal in years so I thought it read only federal to.. but nope. It is whichever one goes through first.

That could definitely be it… mines through metabank.. I’m hoping they take it from my federal as well but I know there was 1 year my state came first and they took it from there which was odd. Nothing on republic bank though. Here’s to hoping I have it tomorrow!!

Yeah I thought it was just me until I seen your post. I messaged them on Facebook and and asked houre long it usually takes. Got the generic response of course!!
This is what they said
We don’t have a set amount of time for any particular stage, but typically preparing your refund means our review of your return is complete and you should see your refund soon.

I’m still stuck on preparing refund as well. I had checked sat morning around 1245am and it was still processing. When i woke up around 645am it switched to preparing finally but stuck there now. Last year I remember it went from preparing refund on 28th at 429pm.. than the 1st about 730am it switched to refund sent. Why in the world is it taking so long this year to switch steps for some of us!! I don’t owe anything anywhere. This is ridiculous

Not 100% sure, but I think it’s just stating that it can take the longest in that step of processing the return.. which everyone knows the processing and checking for accuracy is always the longest step… it’s almost like they think we are stupid.. sorry just my opinion. But they are taking longer than they normally do

In my experience, its usually the day of our the day after. I will find out soon. Mine wad just updated to refund sent today. I’ll let you know as soon as the deposit hits. I know my mom’s was sent valentines day and she got it in her regular bank the next morning. Hope that helped.

In my experience it updates throughout the day. I had checked this morning and nothing but than just checked it after 11 and it changed. Good luck to everyone!! Hopefully they don’t make you wait forever!

Finally!!! From letter sent to preparing refund!!! That took forever!

I did receive that return verification letter but that’s ad far as I have gotten. Still ridiculous. I was so mad when my mom got her state and she filed 2 1/2 weeks after me. I filed Jan 22nd.. ahhh never have had this much of an issue until the last 2 years and this year now. Nothing has changed in my filing either! In right there with you guys!

I kniw exactly how you feel!! It does suck! Hopefully yippy won’t get a letter and you will just get your refund.. happened to me last year. Never got a letter and was stuck at cfa… until mid March. But i don’t get why it took so long to get a letter to verify you filed the return… just doesn’t make sense!! Fingers crossed for you!! And for myself they don’t need any other info 😒

I filed the 22nd… and my wmr updated yesterday with the status a letter was sent on the 13th. So the day I got the letter is the day it showed one was sent. I would call tue if you haven’t gotten a letter or your wmr has not updated to anything

I’m still stuck at 2 bars as well.. my mom is at 2 bars already as well though.. and she just filed yesterday!! Makes me a little angry haha. Not at her though. Last year was 7 weeks from start to deposit. This year I’ve got everything crossed it’s not that long.

I have a feeling that anyone that has to wait for their federal because of the PATH act… we will be waiting for our state as well. I’m still stuck on checking for accuracy as well. A friend had already received both if her refund, state and federal, and she filed a week ago!!! I filed the 18th and nothing yet!!!

I had gotten 2 emails saying my state was accepted, the 19th and the 23rd.. than the checking for accuracy on the 24th… im wondering if they are behind or my first email was wrong. You should update soon on there I would hope. It was later in the afternoon when mine did
