I checked my transcripts this morning (I forgot I could do that!) and have an 846 code with refund issued 2/23/23 – does that mean my refund should be there by that date?

I have the w2 code first, then credit to account, earned income credit and THEN the 846 with refund issued.

Transcripts showing 2022 for the bottom two boxes and N/A for the top 2. Only change has been my As Of date moving from 2/27 to 3/06. Still saying no tax return on file. Filed 1/31. Should I be concerned?

Just checked my transcript at it updated! DDD 2/23!! I was starting to panic! My husband and I filed at the exact same time and accepted minutes later but his updated yesterday with DDD 2/22 and I kept checking mine just to see nothing had changed. It’s happening people!! @Zee I am using Credit Karma car this year unfortunately, however there were a lot of chime users yesterday who updated it yesterday morning like we just did and they started receiving their direct deposits yesterday afternoon so pretty quick turnaround. I’m hoping no later than Tuesday will see deposits. PREFERABLY TODAY!

So H&R Block releases funds the same day they receive them. They don’t hold it, but you have to see if your bank holds it for any reason.
