I have 846 finally and it says 3/9. Filed and accepted 1/26, so I really hope it’s in my account sooner than that!

1/27 acceptedIn regards to the questions I was asked about last year-I never had so many issues before with getting a state refund. I have to assume DOGE was trying to “catch waste” . I was given my refund on the due date, won my appeal, and was paid the difference shortly after, thank goodness.
Hoping this year is quick and problem free.

I saw I was asked about last year…sorry for the late reply! I was sent my refund on the DDD, and then they difference of what I was owed shortly after.
Really hope DOGE or whoever it is stays away from changing my income amounts. I don’t lie to the IRS or the state, so there’s no reason for them to lie to me!

Accepted 1/27I saw I was asked about how things went last year….sorry for the very late reply! I was given the difference of my state refund a few days after it was investigated. Thankfully, everything was corrected, but I can’t help but feel it was somehow related to DOGE/all the “taxpayer waste” that was so worried about last year. Hopefully the state decides not to change my income again this year, and instead just gives me my money!!

Checked this morning and my tax account is at 0, so that means the money has been sent!
Nothing in the bank yet, hopefully it will be there tomorrow.

Refund complete 1/30I am hoping it hits early than 2/6 as all my state and federal refunds generally do. I’ll update here when it hits again.
This was much needed and I’m thankful for it!
I have every single transcript just now (change from this morning) and everything but the 846 code. Like many of you, I see a date if 2/16.
I’m a daily, only getting the ACTC.
I checked just now and I have all my transcripts. I just don’t have the refund code, but I have everything else with a latest date of 2/16.
I’m still at two bars. MTA shows as green still. I guess I will check again late this evening, because that is when everything updated for me. Hopefully it hits next week.
I finally got an account transcript date, other codes on there, but no 846 code yet. I saw a 2/16 date and a 766, 1 150, and another code.
I’m a daily so that’s also helpful.
It is still in green and it says processing. From everything I was able to find via Google about the WI DOR, it looks like they’ve handled the return and processed it, but it isn’t paid out yet.
@lola1973 I see the deposit in my tax account too (refund shows there when I log in, it’s all in green). What does that mean?
Just checked on the DOR, and now I’m on the second bar, processing. I had checked earlier today and no bars.
I hope everything is moving along.
@jflex I never did reply to you last year, so sorry! DoR gave me all my money after I appealed. They gave me what they owed me on my DDD and the rest of it shortly thereafter. A mess and totally unnecessary.
I hope this year is better for both of us.

I filed 1/26, accepted 1/26. I’m on PATH though, so it will be a wait
Glad I signed up for the MyTaxAccount. Found a letter telling me they changed my refund and they claimed I made 5k more than I actually did!! It was all only W2 jobs this year and I added everything correctly using TurboTax, so I don’t know where this information is coming from, but it’s not accurate. I added every W2 and double checked numbers.
My federal tax transcripts are fine, but WI changed my AGI to say I make 5k more than I did. So now I need to appeal.
Well, I checked this morning, and my return is finally complete! I have a DDD OF 2/22, but my refunds always hit earlier than what the state or federal tells me, so I will post here once it does.
This was the longest I’ve waited for a state refund!
NO new movement. Called, was told still processing, no letters sent. Logged in to my Tax Acct on the DOR (requires a letter in the mail to set up), don’t see anything concerning.
I truly hope there is an update for me tomorrow.
I just checked this morning and STILL no update. I am going to call Wisconsin DOR today to find out what is going on.
Normally this forum is very active, this year I’m not seeing really anyone else post! I miss the conversation!
I’m STILL waiting. Seriously hoping the DOR updates tomorrow morning with some news. I tracked when last year’s showed as completed and it was on the 9th. However, I counted the actual business days, and it took 11 business days last year, so I’m hoping tomorrow means there is some change.

I got my 846 this morning and it shows my refund should arrive on 2/22! So glad PATH is over!
Deposit arrived this morning for me! Wasn’t supposed to arrive until 2/16, I estimated it would arrive 2/14 since it always comes two days early, but it’s here on 2/13!

Finally got an update, refund complete and should be deposited 2/16. However, I always get mine 2 days before, so I’ll post here when I actually get it.
My transcripts updated last night. I am a daily and although my as of is still 2/19, I see a date of 2/26 toward the bottom of the transcript.
PATH, ACTC, no EITC this year. No 846 code either, obviously. So happy it updated.
So if you have PATH, does this affect your WI refund?

I tracked past refunds where I filed on 2/10 of last year, the refund arrived on 2/17. The year before that I filed 2/11 and it arrived 2/18.
By all accounts, I should have it by now, but it is still taking it’s time. It has always arrived quickly ever since I moved here 7 years ago.
I’m a Pather, filed 2/10 and accepted same day, and I have nothing on my cycle code or anything yet for this year….I’m assuming maybe I will be a weekly again and I will have a Friday update, but I don’t know.
My State stuff is already approved and coming tomorrow!
Illinois is always slow. I lived there a lot of my life, and I would file taxes in Feburary usually. I cannot recall exact dates, but I’d get the refund in March or April depending when exactly I filed.
Mail will take longer than if you file electronically. I’d expect your federal to arrive first, even if you are a Pather (EIC/ACTC).
Thanks redacted! Woah that is messed up with how your refund came in. I might wait a little bit, it seems TurboTax (I normally use them) is not pushing out taxes until the 3rd of Feb? So yeah, I might lay low for a bit.
redacted B-did you get your refund in late February even though you filed on the 10th last year? I’m a Pather so I know I won’t get it any sooner, but I was hoping to get in Feb. rather than wait until March.
Yeah, I got mine on 2/27 last year. If you use a third party system like Turbo Tax (such as I did), you might be able to shave time off by paying fees upfront and not having fees taken out of your refund. I filed on 2/1, but I also had the EIC, so Path wouldn’t do anything until the 16th,
I’m still waiting to file. Waiting on a W2, 1099s, and a 1098T, along with a form for selling stock. Everything seems to move so slowly so far.
My refund is finally showing in my account-hooray! Made it’s way to SBTPG yesterday so I’m happy it’s finally in there, although I’m not going to have fees taken from it ever again-I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait until the due date to get it.
My refund went from SBTPG to my bank early this morning/late last night. Hooray!
SBTPG has my refund this morning! Checked at 6:55 AM CST. I cannot recall the login for the bank it’s going into, so I’ll have to get hubby to check. Hopefully it’s there today!
I got a DDD of 2/27 on WMR this morning!
I’m ready to join! I got my date on WMR today, so I know SBTPG is next.
I got it the other day (Thursday) but no confirmation until today (Friday) from my tax transcripts.

Nothing new for me. Same message of “…is being processed” and no other changes. I truly hope there is SOME KIND of update tomorrow. WMR is useless and I cannot access my transcripts online.

I’m going to follow you, since we have the same cycle code! I also have that date. I’m losing hope on getting money this week. But if the IRS needs to send our refunds by 2/25, then something has to give, right?

@jstarr Thank you very much for explaining this! I just got mine in the mail today. they are dated 2/11 so not up-to-date and I cannot get them online. I have 20190605. So 2019=this year 06=the sixth week of tax season and 05=Thursday, like you.
I do recall back in the day those were only sent out certain days of the week-but it seems nothing makes sense anymore.
So I guess like you, I’m due for an update come Thursday-which (HOPEFULLY) could work in our favor!
@Jstarr I don’t disagree at all with you-in fact, I hope you’re right! But I thought us weekly people only updated Friday nights/Saturday mornings? Or is that for WMR and the transcript updates Thursday night/Friday morning?
@Melissa J. So you have the message “refund is processing” on your WMR but your transcripts give you a DDD of 2/22? I’ve seen someone else on the Facebook thread update with similar info, so I am hoping this is true, and WMR is just horribly behind.

I have no idea. Those don’t reflect the most recent update that would have occurred on them. I’m in the dark about my own, since I can only request by mail and not view online.
