I just wanted to share … every year I post this.

10 calendar days…From the date you are accepted , you will receive a ddd or take action . Clockwork every year for at least 5 years now. Have patience… if you were accepted on 1-27 you will receive a ddd on the 6th for a few days later.

Nys refund hit my netspend card at 2:00,
My ddd was 2/5

I know from past experience nys updates at 12:01-1:00. And from 3:00-4:00pm so if ur not there check at 4pm

Yes ….. I got Feb 5 deposit date as well , went from proscessing right to ddd at 12:01pm today

Ny I’m quite sure has always went from received and proscessing , to review, to final stages , then approved ddd 10 days from acceptance.

I think the review msg is standard … nothing out of ordinary

I just wanted to share this again , I did last year and was spot on…. you will notice a pattern with acceptance dates and deposit dates , now keep in mind they all will be +\- a day due to bank days but …. 10 days to the T …. between acceptance and deposit…. so being i was accepted on the 23rd my guess it first deposits will be around the 2nd or 3rd

Nys accepted mine at 1:00 this afternoon , filed on the 18th

We should be good to go….. I texted my peep Andrew Cuomo , I don’t know if you know him or not but anyways, after a productful conversation where we agreed BIGLY on what should happen. He is going to issue an executive order to issue DDD for people starting tomorrow afternoon between 1-6pm….. for February 6th. :-P :-) Ha bau DAH . just saying

for the past 3 years I have received my refund in my bank account exactly 10 days (counting weekends) from the date I was accepted by NYS. I have always received the DDD on a thursday or a Friday the week prior to the deposit.

hope this helps……… please check your past timeline and see , remember this was deposited to the net spend card and not a bank so you may vary by a few days

my nys went , from final stages , to just being processed online……. BUTI CALL THE 518 AUTOMATED PHONE NUMBER AND it says ” its in the final stages of processing” still.

I would be wiling to bet it will update later this afternoon or tomorrow with a DDD

I think you will get a deposit date for the 9th mid next week , but hoping for ddd of the 2nd :-) like Monday or Tuesday

mine says … “your return is in the final stages of processing once your refund is approved the issue date will be available”
