Also, the WMR app hasn’t shown me any refund info yet today so far. The 846 just came today I believe. Will wmr end up showing anything since my transcripts do?
I honestly sit here in shock that I am able to say I received my 846 on my transcripts with a date of 04/29. There is a code of 290 and a date of 5/11 before it but I’m guessing I go by the last code on there of the 846 and date of 4/29? I want to jump for joy after these several months but not sure if I should yet. Help!
I’m not sure why I even check anymore. Congressional office sent email last week that TA would be getting back to them on 5/4/20 to to let them know something either way. I had no check stubs to send in so just had to send w-2 again and former employer from last year refused to send a letter stating the information. So not sure much will happen.
@yonn you will have to google the contact information for your state and regional congressman. Hope that helps

He is a doctor with his own private practice and has told me he won’t do anything until he receives a “formal” request for said letter. He won’t even give it to me so that I can forward it on. So I’m guessing because he is doing this, I am now just at his mercy? And will have to wait until the irs opens or what? Because he will NOT give me the letterI DON’T UNDERSTAND!!!!! Why can’t I get a flippin’ refund date?????????????
Has anyone on here that has gotten a ddd been told that an employer didn’t report wages and was satisfied with you sending in the w-2 again? I don’t have last stubs and former employer refuses to write a letter with the info because he’s a jerk. Anyone had success with sending w2 to TA?Ok here’s my weekly update:
Filed 2/18; Accepted 2/19; received 4464c on 3/9 and dated 3/2. Contacted congressman and got TA that called last week telling me someone had tried calling on 3/26 letting me know that one emp didn’t report my wages & deductions but I never got a call. Called former employer &he refused to send letter verifying everything. TA asked for last stub but don’t have it. Sent w-2 instead. Still no change/no ddd/no stimulus@5piece you and EVERYONE in here should contact your local congressman’s office and get help with getting a TA because I just found out that my former employer is being a twat and refusing to send my w-2 or letter stating wages and other info apparently because he never reported my wages to the IRS
I FINALLY received some kind of answer or information about why I received my 60 day review after 2 months of waiting. Tax payer advocate and congressman’s office advised that one of my 2 employers didn’t report my wages/w-2 to the irs and just request the employer to send either my last pay stub or a letter with the info. When I messaged the former employer, he has refused to send anything and congressman’s office and advocate both say he will be in BIG trouble
Checked and no movement whatsoever. I am really beginning to think I won’t get mine anymore. Not one thing has changed since I lost my bars over a month ago and still 570 on transcripts. Called congressman and their person called and just said to wait and that a TA would say the same? I have tried everything. I would have never in my life imagined something like this could happen. Congrats to those that got DDD.
Hey everyone, still no change and hasn’t been one EVER. Called local congressman and requested help and/or TA and someone called back a week later just say to keep waiting. Dead end. I’m desperate as a single mom of 2 (one disabled) that hasn’t worked in a month now and has a landlord breathing down my neck.
Why has it been that the past few days that I tried calling the irs that it would say their phone lines were down or it’s more than a two hour wait and then just hang up on me? Yet I am reading around here that people have talked with the irs lately? I’m so confused
Hello all, I’m in another 60 day review thread but here is my run down: filed 2/18, accepted 2/19, received 60 day review letter on 3/9 that was dated for 3/2 and not one single game thing has changed since then except for the bars disappearing on wmr. Reached out to my state representatives and was given a tax advocate that hasn’t even called me yet and they won’t give me her number, only send me to a voicemail. Isn’t AMERICA GREAT??? 🙄
@meg I was really really hoping not to hear (read) that this morning that it’s now going to take even longer. I thought I felt down when I first posted this morning but now I am even worse. So I guess now that our “60 days” will be more like 90-120? I feel so sick right now…..
No update…nothing! Not even a blip of hope anywhere and I am so upset. I haven’t worked now because of the virus in over 2 weeks because I work for schools and I am a single mom of two including a disabled son. I have tried to hold it together but I am in tears now. It was going to be all I had to live on because the utilities company here is still cutting electricity off. I am unsure of what to do from here….
@jojo I believe I have just given up all together because nothing has made progress on mine. I don’t even have a 971 after my 570 . I contacted my state rep office and they are getting me a tax advocate I guess. Not sure what good that will do
How do we get transcripts and codes? I don’t understand any of that. The only thing I knew to do what check wmr? What does DDD mean?
I just received the 4464c letter today about the review. I have been checking the irs app and before getting the letter, today was the first day it didn’t show the blue bars at the top and only said it’s being processed. What does ext 652 do when we call? And what is a transcript? Has anyone gotten a date for refunds that was way before the 60 day mark? Thanks
