@eroro im still waiting I’ve never even actually received the letter they say they sent lmao! Faxed documents on Friday we’ll see what happens
This is what I dont understand…. if the IRS(The Federal Goverment) approved my refund why am I having such a time with the State? this literally does not make any sense.
@eroro I finally updated today! they need additional information why the hell it took so long to let me know I have no idea!! So fuckin strange

@eroro How’s it going? Still waiting? I have not heard anything yet but it is still showing received getting close to the 35 days so fingers crossed something happens? IDK what could be the hold up.
The transcripts update on Fridays right? so we may see some movement tomorrow?? is that correct.
@bnlav how long did it take you to find out they needed that? I am still waiting on any info to figure out whats taking so long!

@eroro very strange!! I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this. I mean we know they have it but I wonder if that has something to do with the delay as they have always had timely processing.
anyone who used freetaxusa get their refund yet?! I just want my money 35 days is ridiculous tell me the problem so I can fix it!
So, I used the lovely chat feature and spoke to someone who said my return is under review and it can take up to 35 days to receive a response or a refund.
I am still stuck in processing, I submitted the 24th. I know they didnt start accepting until the 27th. Anyone still stuck processing that submitted early?

I called the number just to see what they would say, apparently my file was referred to them but she was unable to tell me what documents they needed and I havent actually gotten a letter!
Is there another # that might be able to tell me what documents I need??
