This happened to me last week and I got a DD on my transcript last Friday for 3/24 and WMR updated that Saturday.
@NateA, a moderator from another forum said so. Information changed, it will be direct deposited to you, it’s coming through the third party bank, so keep an eye out for it.

I just googled the general funding information and basically it means that a deposit is there, in which the funds are being held, but it’s there to bring the account current.
For the ones that updated this morning to path, our next update will be on the day that they start releasing refunds with the credits, so we’re almost done. We should receive a ddd next week, hopefully.
Anyone that filed with EITC and CTC will be moved to PATCH once the IRS is done processing the returns until 2/15. Don’t be alarmed about that message unless you receive a notice in the mail.
@JS…processing date of 2/24, means that they have to have your return completed and approved by that date. So hopefully, your due date is before.
Mines went to deposit made 2-5-2020, checked my account and it was there. I have the turbo prepaid card, if that helps.
I called and the rep who answered sounded like she wasn’t going to be helpful, so I hung up, and called back. I told the rep I was able to see that I was approved on Saturday, and a date would be available later, but checking between today and yesterday, it doesn’t have any record of my return. The rep stated their system and website is going through a few changes, that they’re trying to adjust. She said it could be within a few days for the deposit, but she didn’t give an exact date. She said people typically receive it within 3-5 days of being approved, but it can take up to 7-14 days, depending on if anything changes, such as offsets appears.
@ Girl P…if you created the turbo prepaid card account, the temporary card information is there.
If you had fees taken out, check sbtpg.com to see if it’s there. Make sure to enter your federal tax amount
@ crystal…when did you file, was accepted, and approved?

Just received email that my advance was deposited, checked my account and it’s there. I have my permanent card, so I’m going to check to see if it works properly and I’ll update y’all. 8:50 PM EST after being accepted 1/27 9:10 PM EST.

@ Jason. I spoke to a rep and I’m able to see it on Sbtpg so I’m not gonna stress it. I’ll be at 24 hours come 9:10p EST. They said it can take up to 48 hours, so I’ll worry if it doesn’t come by the end of tomorrow. Thanks for info
Did y’all try adding it to Apple Pay if iPhone users as Ray suggested?
@ Diana, it makes no sense to me. I’m tired of all of these damn email alerts coming through quite often than it has ever on any given day, and ain’t none of them saying anything about my damn money being deposited. I done access the turbo card app so many damn times today, if there was a limit, I done exceeded it 100x over that.
I guess we have to go along with the timeframe, 48 hours after the return was accepted. Since the funds are saying it was deposited 1/27 on Sbtpg website, I’m gonna give it until tomorrow. If I don’t have my damn funds TOMORROW, it’s gonna be an issue. I don’t play about my money, the same way they didn’t play about withholding money out of my damn paychecks bi-weekly. I’m pissed, I was looking forward to getting all of my damn bills down to 0.00. And as I’m typing I just got an email from the damn light company about the bill being due, bofl, I’M DONE!!!

This refund advance is a pain in the ass! I want my damn money. I will not be filing with TT next year. This was too much of a headache. The agents I spoke with, read the same damn script on each call, so I know I was being fed bullshit. Regardless of anything, for us that did the advance, we needed the damn money to get bills paid, cars maintenance, etc. They need to give us our damn money! Rather we want it now or later, I don’t care about no damn PATCH act for the remainder. Give me my damn cut of what I was prequalified and APPROVED for. Do you know how it feels to see my money was sent yesterday, and here comes almost 24 hours later, and I’m still waiting on MY MONEY???
@ Danita…make sure to add the card as a debit card. It worked for me, no problems.
I just received my actual card in the mail, ordered 1/23, still waiting on advance though.

@ Jessica, thanks. I have hopes then. My situation is similar to yours but EST instead. I received my text alert about 9:10 pm, and the email at 9:39 pm about acceptance after showing on wmr since 2 pm. I woke up this morning, checked about 7 am, and saw the transaction for the pending advance amount, but still haven’t received my deposit. I just checked my card, still nothing.
@ Jessica…how long did it take for you to receive your funds from the time you were accepted?
@KelH…same here, and still don’t have the deposit on my card. It’s crazy how the people who have their funds don’t have access to their money because the temporary card is not working.
I read on another thread that they will make deposits around noon. Not sure how accurate that is.
I was able to add the temporary card info to my cash app account.
@ SuzieQ…try adding the card to your CashApp or a Venmo account. Send the money to someone you trust, and have them send it back or just set up to different accounts to transfer the money back to yourself.
@ Ashley Howard, you can add the card to your cash app or Venmo account, and send the money to another cash app or Venmo account. A friend of mines used Venmo, she sent me the money and had me send it back to her to put in her actual bank account.
Most people said they didn’t receive the deposit until about 36 hours after being accepted, so we probably won’t see it clear until sometime tomorrow.
I read on another thread that Green Dot makes deposits between 6:30-8:30 AM EST, if that helps.
What amount to enter on the stpg site? The prequalification amount?
