@kyo Same boat as you. Accepted Feb 11…id verify letter few weeks later..successfully verified and now nothing. 570 code with no 971 last 3 -4 weeks. It’s crazy.
I received the 5071c letter to verify id. I already have an online account so I just logged in to the verify id area and the whole process only took maybe 3 minutes. I was not asked for a code and I don’t think there was a code on my letter. They asked 5 questions or so about last years income/refund, filing status, and my DD account number. It said successfully verified and that was going on 6 weeks now. The only change since then is a 570 hold code on my return but no letter to explain why.
@Impatently Waiting Congratulations on the DDD! I’m still waiting..since Feb 11th. Exactly…I think I’ll make them wait even longer for putting us thru this..haha. Congrats again!
@Lizagz No.nothing…nada on transcripts! Still 570 and as of April 26th..its to the point that I am about to say screw paying taxes..file exempt and to he l l with it haha But, sorry about your situation also…its crazy..Hopefully tomorrow we will see some kind of WMR update….. I will keep you updated:) @Impatiently Waiting lol…sorry…hope tomorrow brings some good news on WMR for you also….think I am officially done paying taxes :)-
That would be the only reason I can think of that she would not have a DD date unless you just finished processing and it hasn’t posted yet. It would be good to order your transcripts by mail since you can’t get them online and that would give you a lot of helpful info. If you are a weekly updater, then today would be the day they updated and tomorrow your Where’s My Refund would update. Maybe check the WMR tomorrow and see what it says.
Can you view your transcripts? If so, do you have a 570 hold code?
@LibbyB I filed Jan 11-accepted Feb 11. Lost bar and 152 code on Feb 14th. Received ID verify letter week later and verified successfully online. My bar and 152 have not returned but my refund $ is still showing along with being processed. Received a code 570 on transcripts 2 weeks ago-still showing. Received all 3 stimulus checks. Im a weekly 20211205 cycle code. No eic, no dependents, no unemployment…simple return.
It’s hard to say. Did you ever receive a letter to id verify? Can you see your transcripts online? I filed Jan 11/accepted Feb 11 and lost bar/tax topic on Feb 14th. Received 5071C id verify letter about a week later which I was able to do online. I changed from Still Being to the standard Being Processed message a week later but still no bar/no tax topic ony the $ and filing status showing. Got code 570

@Still Waiting Do you have any updates? I am still stuck on code 570 no 971 . My “as of” changed to April 26th with a processing date of April 12th.
My only update is that my “as of” date changed yet again. It started at Mar 1st and is now April 26th. Verified id over one month ago (5071c letter) and changed from “still” to just being processed, no tax topic, $$ is on left. Code 570 appeared two weeks ago and I am a weekly 20211205. The $$ on my refund is showing on top and the amount on bottom is $150 less.
Well..accepted 2/11 and only change for me was “as of” changed for the 5th time…..was April 12 now April 26th started at Mar 1st. I pretty much give up hope at this point. Cycle is 20211205 and had to id verify a month ago..passed successfully..code 570 came up on transcripts 2 weeks ago…no change since..its crazy./…..im done man..im filng exempt from now on..its bs.
My WMR changed from “Still Being Processed” to the standard “We have received your return and it is Being Processed” after I id verified, (received 5071c letter). That was almost one month ago but still no refund for me. Accepted Feb 11th. Bar and 152 still missing but amount there. I update weekly so…if any change it will occur overnight. Every situation is different but I know the “Still” is bad..so either way…that is good news.

@kyo Same here. Nothing has changed yet. I am a weekly also. Well, since they update all day, maybe there is still some hope for this week.

As a 2/11 er, I just want to say “Good Luck” to the rest who are still waiting. Hopefully we will all get some good news tonight when the weeklies update. Prayers and fingers crossed!!
@Craig I also had to id verify (5071c) and was also worried about not getting my stimulus. I DID receive it though a few weeks ago. Hopefully, you will, as well!
@StillWaiting Thank you for the reply. Yes, it does seem unnecessary. I may be in the same boat as you but not due to stimulus. I believe they changed my refund amount but have not received a letter yet. It is good you got if figured out though!
@Aquafina If you can order both the Account and Return transcripts, you should. The account transcript will show the codes on it which you need to know. If you are able to order the return transcript and it is not showing all ooo’s it means they are working on your return. You want to see code 846 on your account transcript though. That means your refund has been approved and it will show the DD date. I hope that helps.

@thicks You are 100% right about the 18 days. That has been exactly the case with mine. In fact, my as of changed to April 12..which is 18 days from today..including today. It has been the same each time it has changed, also. You seem to have a lot of knowledge about taxes. Do you know if the 570 code could be due to having to id verify 3 weeks ago? I have no 971.
Well, I was accepted Feb 11th. My transcripts finally updated today but I now have the 570 code on bottom-no 846 in sight. My as of changed again from Apr 5 to Apr 12. April 12 is showing next to the 570. I had to id verify 3 weeks ago. My 3rd stimulus still not showing on there. I did notiuce that the refund amount I filed changed..it is about $120 less on there. Im a 20211205 cycle. Did anyone else here get the 570?

I am a 20211205. I did notice that the refund amount showing is different than what I filed . It is aboiut $120 less, so maybe that has something to do with it. I was accepted on Feb 11. Also, all but my last stimulus amount is showing.

Same. I had to id verify..did so 3 weeks ago. I went from Still being processed to ..being processed but no other updates since I passed the id verify. Do you have any tax topics? I lost my tax topic and bar on Feb 14th…and they have not returned even after id verify.

N/A transcripts..as of changed to April 5. Amount, ss#, filing status showing..still no bars, no tt. Only change was went from still being processed to the standard being processed after id verifying. Let’s pray for tomorrow everybody!!

I id verified ..had a 5071c letter-going on 3 weeks ago now and the only change I have is WMR changed from ‘still being processed” to “being processed”…still N/A on transcripts. My current stimulus $$ is not even showing on account transcripts yet I received it last Saturday.

Have you always had the tt 152? Also, can you see your transcripts? Did you have to id verify? I was also accepted on the 11th of February but no refund yet..only stimulus. I lost the 152 and bar weeks ago….had to verify two weeks ago…Congratulations!
Well, my first post is being moderated for some reason so I will repost. @rocco2776 Did you always have the 152 or did you lose it and it just came back? Also, can you see your transcripts? Did you have to id verify? I also was accepted the 11th but only my as of changed and still being Processed to being processed after id verifying. Congratulations!
