Called today, after finally receiving a call back she kept reading me the same standard prompts, until I finally asked a question to get somewhere. I asked if she could tell me if my return made it to the errors department or if it has even been looked at yet. What she could tell me was no case was opened against it and it has not been sent to the errors department so I guess that’s something…..
I’ve been waiting since 2/2/24. 570/971 on 3/4 and 3/18. Today my wages and income transcript finally updated, does this mean I’m closer?
Still waiting on my letter, however when I log into my IRS account and go to notices it says I’m signed up for both mailed and paperless notices and I have no notices as of now…… My notice was set to be mailed out 3/11…….
No update for me…… Every transcript I have is filled out except for the wage and income it’s the only one still showing blank, does anyone know what that could mean? Of course the 570/971 but no letter yet.
If ID.me says verified am I good? I have the 570 and 971 both with different dates and when I called they said I didn’t need to do anything, it was just under review. Ugh!!!

I received my letter 3/9 However I reached out to a TA and then the virus hit and she was MIA for weeks. I finally got a call today from someone who picked up all the OG TA’s cases and let me know that they IRS released our refund!!! IF you are stuck I suggest getting a TA!!!
I love the ones saying they will never bank with such in such bank again. I use a traditional bank and they will not release deposits early, so if the deposit comes in and says the 15th the earliest I’m going to see anything is the 15th. Calm down people, take a deep breath, we got this!!!
So I just got a call from out second TA (our first one like i guessed is out due to the virus) and the IRS has FINALLY released our refund we should, in theory, get a DDD Friday!!!!!!
I’m a 0705. I got a 60 day review letter in the mail. My “as of” date changed Friday to April 27th so I’m hoping that means we will be processed next. Fingers crossed!!!
My Interest date changed to 4/27 so I pray you are right and I’m next week!!!
The only change I had this week was my interest day changed to April 27th, I pray that means I’m next week

This is what I was referencing, my assumption is some of those cards are temporary cards? Not sure the why…
According to the Santa Barbara TPG CARES Act Update website:
An IRS-issued check will be mailed to taxpayers that received a check printed from their tax professional’s office or a debit card issued through Santa Barbara TPG.

That makes sense. I used DD after fund taken out so I wasn’t sure about how exactly the card they gave out worked! Thanks!
So I just got off STBG site and TurboTax and I read that if even if you had fees taken out if you received a direct deposit after that you should get a direct deposit for the Stimulus Refund. If you received a paper check or a debit card from TurboTax then you will get a paper check in the mail. I hope this helps ease some people’s minds!
My as of date changed to April 13th. Is that a good sign or am I just reaching for anything lol?
I’m pretty sure my TA is on lockdown. Every time I call her office it says she will be out of the office for the next few days…
Last I heard, The gov. was working on a secure site where you can log in and give them your information so they can direct deposit your money!
I heard the fastest way is to download a 911 form and fax it in….

Received our CP05 3/11I finally broke down and filed a 911 form for a tax advocate. If you are experiencing a hardship, that should speed up the review process. I was in a wreck last Thursday and totaled our family car. We really need this refund to use as a down payment for a new car. I’m hoping thats enough of a hardship.
So my interest accure date is yesterday, how exactly does that work if we are in a 60 day review….
So SSA is still not showing your wages but you got a 846? My transcripts didn’t update last night so I’m stuck for another week. When I got to SSA my wages have been recorded but my husbands have not…. ugh!!!!
By Friday morning our transcripts should be updated. And WMR will update Saturday. fingers crossed. I’m already starting to hear people under review are getting DDD (not weeklies)
@Mo 571 means resolved so you should see a 846 DDD after that!!! Good Luck!!!!
