I agree with you. I filed 2/25 and my scheduled refund deposit is next week. Eleven weeks from filing.
The IRS will start sending refunds for those that filed and paid taxes on unemployment in May. So sorry you are having an issue with the form 8962 Premium Tax Credit. Form 8962 is reconciliation of form 1095A for ACA (Obamacare). If your form 8962 reconciliation showed you had to pay back or have your refund reduced for overpayment of your subsidy….it is being forgiven for tax year 2020 and therefore your refund could be more than expected.! If early filers had to pay back all or part of their Obamacare subsidy..it is being forgiven for tax year 2020.My thread begins with ACA posted a few hours ago.

Healthcare.gov will be open April 1 for selection of the same or a new policy at the reduced premium rates for 2021.
You MUST re-enroll to get the lower premiums. -
