Lyndsay, try instead to answer yes, then input 0 days in the box and continue. Maybe that route will work. I use Turbo Tax and was able to remove it, maybe I forgot exactly how.

I removed it by answering yes and continuing to page where I input the amount of days I was going to claim. Erased the days, and left it blank and continued. Go through all the pages as usual, and it “should” say that your benefit is now “0”. When you click done and go back to any other page and run the system check again, the message that states you are waiting for those forms should be gone. I am currently using Turbo Tax Self Employed online. Hope it helps.

            Via account transcripts this morning:
Filed TT Business on 2/1 (Sat) with only 1099’s
            Accepted same day.
            PATH both credits
            DDD 2/26
SSA was slow to update with my taxable income this year, but updated about a week ago.
Overall, I have to say my return was complex compared to previous years and am impressed I didn’t have to wait til March.

Transcript site is lagging from overuse today for sure. But eventually I got in.
