Anyone else going to file this form? Right now turbo tax says it can’t be e-filed- hoping that changes
Lyndsay, try instead to answer yes, then input 0 days in the box and continue. Maybe that route will work. I use Turbo Tax and was able to remove it, maybe I forgot exactly how.
@wgfpd154 I tried that and it is still there!
I removed it by answering yes and continuing to page where I input the amount of days I was going to claim. Erased the days, and left it blank and continued. Go through all the pages as usual, and it “should” say that your benefit is now “0”. When you click done and go back to any other page and run the system check again, the message that states you are waiting for those forms should be gone. I am currently using Turbo Tax Self Employed online. Hope it helps.
Now it says that the form won’t be available until 2/11. I want to remove those credits if I can’t e-file, but it’s not letting me.
I was planning on it. 2020 was supposed to be a year my earnings went up. Not stayed the same or went down ffs. But if I can’t e-file through TurboTax then I guess I’ll not be filing with the credits I should get for having to stay home with the kids to do online learning
