My ca refund has been stuck at “processing “ since the 15th…. my federal has been approved with a ddd of 2/6/19… normally I always get my state before federal… this is crazy.
I have tried to call and they all have said it’s processing normally and could take up to 30 days blah blah blah.
Hopefully this week we will see some movement ☀️
Good Evening my Cali peeps! Soooo I got my CA refund!!!! It just hit my NetSpend! It was only around $400 but I am super thankful it actually went through after stressing about that one month crap. I pray those still waiting see some movement!
CA is definitely accepting and authorizing refunds. Some folks have already received their CA refunds.
Please call back and get a different rep!
That’s the answer I received both last year and this one BUT I last year I received my DD a few days after it was authorized

Morning CA peeps… so after calling yesterday the rep held true to her word and processed mine through. I checked today and the status now says refund authorized on 1/29
@ waitingincali: hey! I just got off work sorry for the late reply.
So I called and spoke with a rep that said it would take 12 weeks . I asked why and he said we need to verify employer. I have had the same employer so I ended up hanging up on him.
Second rep was really nice and asked me to verify my information. She put me on hold for about 5-7 minutes and came back on and told me she was able to “process it through” . She said I should have DD within 2 weeks.
My status still has the one month message so I hope it updates to authorized tomorrow….Wow congrats to my CA peeps getting positive movement!

Accepted on 1/22 for both CA and fedI’ve had the ” processing may take up to 1 month” message. I’m going to call Monday.
Last year I had the the wait up to 3 month message for over a week after they accepted it so I called and the rep pushed it through after I verified my information…

Just checked the mail, So far no letter! We will have to see what happens Monday . Got to love cali! Well goodnight and prays go up for all my cali peeps and all my IGMR fam ✨
@waitinincali: what! They sent that after approving! That is stupid… I actually called the FTB and did a identity verification on Tuesday then it was authorized so I hope I don’t have to wait for a form! But at least hopefully they will release immediately after receiving that fax! Praying

@ shelle : yes, I’m 28 and have been filing taxes for enough time to know the difference being “approved” and “accepted” and “authorized”…. I think the majority of us here now that but thanks for your concern and input. Have a blessed weekend 😎
Same boat, mine was authorized on this past Wednesday but still no DD… I have NetSpend
Correction: I filed 2014 directly through FTB but 2015 through TT.

I filed directly through FTB and when I checked this AM my status change to : your refund was authorized on 1/22/16… However, I have a netspend and no $ has hit yet?

Hello my CA friends ! So here is my situation so far:
1/19- filed both federal and state with TT and both were accepted within 3 hours.
1/20- check FTB.gov, said we have no records…. Blah blah
1/21- at 1pm same message as mentioned above
Checked again at 8pm, gave a message stated I was entering the wrong info and I’m certain I was!
1/22- checked at 9 am, now it’s saying we received your return on 1/19 and then the generic time processing message…I called a few hours ago and the rep Keith said everything appears to be processing as normal then gave me the 7-10 timeframe for refund to be issued …
I must say normally I get my ca refund within 3-4 days. Things do seem a bit different this year
