Got my state today, filed 1/31
@denise661 What info did they require? Im waiting on a CP75 as well. Did they give you a DDD for partial return without credits already? Did you have a 420 on your transcripts.
I got 420 and 810 for over 3 weeks now no letters or anything
Do you have 811 or 971 code? If you have a 971 the date beside it will be the date they issue the notice.
A 570 code this is a freeze on the refund pending futher account action, rather it be by you or the IRS. Usually 971 code following it will require action by you, via the notice that will be sent out on the date beside the 971 code.
You may also still get a notice code if the IRS fixed the issue then you will want to see a 571 (freeze resolved) or 572 (Resolved Additional Account Action)@MizuSeirei
Child support arrears can be offset at the state and federal level.
@Anonymous
As for retroactive support. This greatly depends on state but a lot of states will not enforce anything against you as long as you are making payments on time for the retroactive support and the current support order if one is in place. If you miss the retro payments then they turn to arrears and carry the same enforcement as regual child support arrears. Again this depends on your state laws.Do you have any codes on the transcripts for this year yet?
Site and line won’t work for me. Got a tiny bit of my 2/24 DD this morning, no offsets, transcripts say the whole amount I’m expecting. Can’t see SBTPG right now and I need to ASAP!
Is the whole amount beside your 846 code?
So you should have a date beside the 971 this will be the date the notice gets sent out. The 420 code means your return was flagged for partial audit. Given you still have an amount beside your 846, you probably have an 810 and 811 code for a freeze/unfreeze i suspect. They are probably going to audit your eligibility for EIC and ACTC credits. Which they are holding pending more information for verification.
@thatgirltorire this most likely applys to you if your codes are the same. -
