Mine is still saying unavailable so I may do the same by calling them later today.
All now I’m getting the “unable to provide your refund status online” message.

I’ve also received my federal refund this week.
I filed on 2/16. Was rejected due to some kind of TT submission error. Resubmitted/accepted on 2/19. Checking the website it said it was processing and to allow up to 1 month.
Check today and was immediately told I had reached the maximum allowed to check (this was the only time I checked it today).
So I called the general 800 number and was told it was received and processing. It also said that the current processing time was 3 TO 4 MONTHS.
WTF is happening
Bummer. Hopefully you update this weekend. It seems like you’re probably a weekly updated like myself. Since it looks like they mostly worked out the delay in WMR I’m rooting for you for Saturday!!
No update again. Hopefully I will update on Saturday. I think that’s when I usually update anyway. After that I will start to worry if I don’t update because my 21 days is on the 9th. Did Anyone update overnight?

Was just able to get back in. No updates to my transcripts yet but could at least pull what is available again.
Went to check WMR randomly and now it says my information doesn’t match. Oh lord.
Any ideas why that would happen now?
Transcripts remain the same with info.

Yeah I can see them online. I saw a notification today (as an FYI to all), that the IRS is not taking any calls unless you have a direct number and extension and they’re not processing any mail order transcripts until further notice.
Update: as of this morning I can access my account and return transcripts. Hopefully, I’ll soon be off this island.

Just hung up with the TA that I requested and she told me that they closed my account on 3/24 and to allow 2 weeks for them to send my refund. 😒

Called IRS on 3/13 if there were any issues; was told a 5071C was sent out to me
Received letter and verified identity online on 3/14
Status change from “still being processed” to “being processed” on 3/26Woke up this morning to see status change from “still being processed” to “being processed”.

Also missed a call from the TA that I had requested. Hopefully Saturday will bring me good news.
