Received my deposit and amount was correct this morning
I’m not extremely worried it won’t be there for us tmrw. I did see some posts on Facebook that people were supposed to have deposits today and when they logged back into the get my payment portal their date had changed to a later date

Did you have to update info on the portal to get direct deposit? Mine is supposed to be direct deposit tmrw and now I am worried. I have a date of April 30

Yes mines the same wayI’m in Cali and I still haven’t gotten mine and we have the highest number paid so far sheesh
You will be put in a que per say but it won’t go by income. Yours was rejected so they have been getting those out faster than direct deposits at this point lol

Dang I am sorry! It sounds like you can’t catch a break. You should be getting a paper check soon. They have been updating people’s portals at random times throughout the day tho when checks got sent and rejected try checking tonight around 9pm and see if it changedMine did that April 10 when they sent the first wave out but mine today is still saying as of May 11. Did you update on the portal?
I think a lot of ppl that updated with netspend, serve and other accts like that should start receiving deposits tonight and this weekend
I know the anxiety and stress is unreal. I’d be happy just having a date! My husband breathing down my neck about when it is coming lol like I work for the irs or something hahaha

Ya anything to do with the irs is a pain in the butt. We will see our portal update in the morning

Seriously!!! We had better see some movement. I’ve seen check dates for next week but no one with ddd. If I am right and treasury sends files tonight I believe a lot of us will be getting updated for the next deposit dates
That’s a good question? I believe you would still only get $1200 but I am no expert

Treasury should start processing them tonight so banks get them by the morning. I believe they start at 9pm which is why a lot of people start receiving money last Friday

No problem! We are all in this madhouse together unfortunately! I just hope everyone gets their money especially those who need it the mostI have seen quite a few people received checks over those but nobody has updated on portal that had accepted dd info
I have a theory….so they say the cut off is Thursdays to receive payment the following week but the portal came out two days early so I don’t think they had planned on issuing dds this week. Also considering they didn’t expect so many checks to be rejected and have to be mailed out. I have yet to see a ddd for 4/27-4/29 but I have seen check dates for those . Treasury sends out files tonight to banks for dd next week. We should have an update within the next few days
I hear you! Thankfully my husband is still working. He does traffic control and since the pandemic and no one on the roads and highways they have been super busy. Unemployment is really behind due to everyone applying. I have read that a lot of people that have dates are still not seeing their money deposited yet and that may have to do with understaffing issues. You can’t even call anyone and that’s the most frustrating part of this whole mess

Apparently well according to knuckleheads on Facebook….there was a glitch for us when we entered our info into portal and they are fixing it now LOL I don’t believe it personally but I also haven’t seen a single ssdi ssi or ssa get a payment today it was supposed to be 4/22 so what the heck? I don’t want to wait for a paper check that will put us at the end of July according to their timetable
Still no update for me like what the crap! First we get jerked for being early filers now it seem they forgot about us even though they published a statement saying we would get our money this week if updated by Thursday…maybe by some miracle we will have money by Friday but at this point I don’t even know

Yes that was the posted timeline by the IRS. I have it going to Wells Fargo so i won’t know til the morning if it is deposited or not. My portal has not updated yet. But I have seen plenty of people who updated and already had pending in their bank accounts. I have a feeling tho even if ppl updated with prepaid cards it is going to be a problem and checks will go out for them

Everything has been ahead of schedule so far. Just because the portal doesn’t update doesn’t mean you won’t receive your payment this week. My bank doesn’t show pending so I can’t check til tmrw but if it’s there I will update. If it’s not then I will cry lol JKTry checking after 3 am for an update it’s just like where’s my refund

Irs posted some info about that. It will not go back to that bank they are updating the portal tonight you will receive a date for check by morning@tia
I will update in the morning if mine shows up in my acct. the part that is throwing me off is not a lot of prepaid cards are getting these deposits lately only a few handfuls. Mine is going to Wells Fargo and they post between 3/6 am@shona

I read an article that states the portal only updates on Friday’s and Wednesday’s. Friday’s update was for people getting checks. Wednesday’s updates will be our DDD which will most likely already be in accounts. Per the IRS if you updated info by Thursday you will get deposit this week
I didn’t even check this morning. I jumped on here to see if anyone else updated lol. I would bet most of us wake up to a direct deposit in traditional banks. I’m not positive about what is going on with prepaid cards I have literally seen one person here and there getting deposits and that’s it

Second page first paragraph tells you when you update on portal when to expect payment to your bank. Just because the portal hasn’t updated doesn’t mean anything. If you create an online account at IRS.gov you can view what’s called a transcript. It tells you things like date they received your return, issued refunds, if your being reviewed and etc. I am hoping it will give us some insight into deposits for stimulusYep me to! I wouldn’t expect this tracker to be any different. Transcripts will update tonight tho so hopefully we see something! I just want my mind at ease already
You’re welcome!! I’ll check my transcripts first thing in the morning and see if there has been a change. Last Friday my as if date had changed then i checked again and it was back to March 16. I am positive it was then checking to see if there was DD info on file….which should have been but wasn’t

The next deposit is supposed to start on April 17Well my thinking is this: all people that had direct deposit on file got there payments on or before April 15. Then portal launched April 15 with the next drop supposed to be tmrw for a direct deposit next Wednesday. I’m guessing if we updated yesterday and possibly today we may get by next Wednesday. I wouldn’t rely on the tracker to be spot on it’s most likely going to work just like where’s my refund and may have money before it even updates

If you log into MyJH it will have your agi and refund amount for the last 3 years
This is from the US treasury regarding stimulus in 2008. At the bottom of the page it clearly states IRS would NOT send payment to a third party bank if the person had RAL or fees. Back then we had no option but to get a paper check. If the IRS is asking for DD Info then put it in. Don’t wait for something that is never going to happen

Nobody knows for sure but the fact that the IRS is asking us to put in our info makes me assume they need it. If it was ever coming on the serve card we would have received it by Monday at the latest. I put mine in yesterday at this point I want Amex, JH and republic bank to have nothing to do with my stimulus.@leah j
Mine still says processing. I’m guessing we will be able to see something on transcripts tonight and possibly a change to the tracker on Friday or Saturday just like WMR

No if the portal does not have your info then put it in. JH employees are claiming they are TRYING to work something out to send payments to serve. By the time they work it out if even that’s possible everyone who waited will be waiting on a paper check.

I agree! It’s bs my fees and loan have been paid since February. From now on I guess we all better make sure they input our DD info on our tax papers and not leave them blankJackson Hewitt has no clue what they are talking about. This happened in 2008 as well. Anyone that had fees taken from their refund our a RAL was sent a paper check for their stimulus. IRS will not send our money to a third party and have it “accidentally “ taken to pay back loans and fees. Jackson Hewitt COULD have supplied the IRS with routing numbers and accounts numbers weeks ago for our serve cards but did not.
I got hit twice for an offset this year. They put it under my social and my husbands. Now we have to wait til April for a refund from the county. They probably put yours under state and federal and it hadn’t cleared in their system as paid yet. It can take up to 4-6 weeks for it to clear then they have 10 days to issue you a refund
We had an offset of $892 for department of social services . They put it under my social and my husbands so they took it twice. Called and they said they will refund sometime in April 😡 they didn’t take our entire refund but $1798 is a huge chunk of change when we have been repaying for 2 years already

With banks they are usually always available on you DDD. That may be why you haven’t seen movement with republic yetServe card just hit!!
