I just got off the telephone with the IRS and of course my tax refund is with the error resolution team, because there is some kind of problem. Apparently there are alot of folks encountering this issue. The young lady told me it could take up to 10 weeks to resolve this.
IRS has royally screwed over tax payers this year making the majority have to wait to collect our refunds. This is so messed up.
I used look back and have not received my refund. WTF is the IRS doing? They really screwed up this year and my transcripts say N/A.
I also have N/A on my transcripts for 2020. I think this look back thing is causing major issues, because I have always been able to view my transcripts online and with code 846 and the deposit date. This tax season is so screwed up for refunds with all the delays.
My refund was accepted on 2/12 and have been stuck at one bar the whole time with no movement at all with topic 152.
Congratz. Hopefully myself and everyone else receive theirs pretty quickly.
I called the IRS this morning to check on the status of my refund and explained to the agent that my refund has been in we are processing your refund status for almost a week. The nice agent checked my tax refund and informed me that everything was fine and that due to the federal path tax act, the funds would not be deposited until February 27th.

We have received your refund and it is being processed.I also tried to call the refund hotline and it the automated system cannot authenticate my Social Security Number. I sure hope this is an update, but only time will tell.
I filed on 1/31/2019 and was accepted the same day. I went from PATH message to we are processing your refund. No direct deposit date or any codes. Are there any folks that filed around the end of January got updated and provided a DDD?

Just checked and my refund was approved and pending DDD of 2/22. That is alot better than the 27th.
