That won’t be your actual DDD. They gave me a DDD of 2/27 on my transcripts – WMR updated the next day to show a DDD of 2/11. You’re gonna get your money probably Friday or Wednesday.
Mine loaded, but just show that there’s no return on file.
@pr0blumz if you have the CTC, you’re not seeing the refund until possible the end of February. Nobody can get processed with a CTC that early.
@whitewolf from what I was reading – yes the potential government shutdown will pause IRS processing for people with credits or complex returns. If it’s a simplistic return with zero credits, the system does those automatically so those still get pushed through.
@miami71 hopefully I can get thrown into the test patch. I took out a refund advance with Turbo Tax and could use it. I filed at like 1:15 this morning, but haven’t seen any acceptance yet.

Got some movement on SBTPG, says “Bank processing fee – $40” was deducted, so something is happening with it.
@Jerm look on the WMR website you should see a deposit date of 3/31 on the left.
@Danni my WMR is not showing any updates, I can’t access transcripts so I called and they told me that it’s updated for 3/31 for my refund to go out. I will believe it when I see it, but WMR is delayed on any updates.
I don’t have access to my transcripts, and my WMR is not updating at all. Called the TA line and they said it’s due to go out 3/31.
I chose to pay out of my refund, that changed about 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t gotten anything.
Yeah every year I lose my bars so I was like eh whatever it happens, but this has been the most stressful year yet lol
@LolaR, getting the tax title back and losing the refund amount sadly doesn’t always mean anything either. I lost mine last monday, and my refund is still completely in limbo. Apparently the stimulus got removed, then a W2 magically went missing so they had to “fix it further”
If you refile from another program it will reject it because it will already recognize a tax return previously filed. You should be able to do an online amend with TT, but they say it can take up to 16 weeks for it process. I don’t know how accurate that is though.
@Still Waiting – yes they took it out of mine, but since it showed it went to H&Rs bank account they counted it as received. They never sent me it. As long as it shows as sent they don’t care and there’s no fighting it.

They took the stimulus payment off” I never added one, turbotax did apparently. Then I called back yesterday to see if there’s anything that can be done cause I can’t wait that long anymore they said
I don’t call the tax line directly, but I call the tax advocate line to get more info. One rep said my return had an error code of 900 and was out of errors and processing. He disconnected, then I had called back and I got an extremely nice lady, she said the same thing of error code 900, and it’s out of errors and getting worked I had faith. Nothing happened from there on out.
Yeah I was super worried, this is my first year with a turbo card and I read that if your taxes weren’t processed it would go of the 2019 one. Then randomly that friday at like 8:15 it showed up. My fiance had direct deposit listed on her account and got her state, but they are sending her a check.

I got my stimulus on my turbo card the day after it was signed into law. My taxes are still processing, so I’m not sure how.
@Dean Don’t get your hopes up with just that message tbh. My TT came back last Monday, and my refund amount went completely away. Still no activity at all. Doesn’t always mean a good sign.
@Nickiq204 from what the TA line told me, that means that if you had an error it’s out of their department or fixed. Your refund amount may have changed or remained the same. Doesn’t necessarily mean any movement, mine changed last monday and I haven’t gotten anything.
Called yesterday for a advocate she stated I couldn’t in errors but it says today (yesterday) will be the last day! Called again today for a advocate she sent in a req for me to get one. Stated I’m no longer in that dept.
Just got told today that an advocate isn’t even available until June. It’s not worth it.
Got told my refund is getting reduced due to TT claiming stimulus when I didn’t claim it. They won’t be able to release it for 4-6 weeks until after I receive a letter stating it. So basically they’re putting me at May/June because the letter won’t be sent for “another two weeks.” I have gotten 4 different answers from the IRS. TT came back, refund amount went away. Still being processed, Friday is not looking good for us.
Called the TA line, because my TT came back, lost my refund amount. Says still processing This was last Monday. I have had no movement since then. TA said I had error code 900, it got released from errors resolution last Wednesday. They’re sending me a letter stating they removed the stimulus that was put on my taxes and dropping my refund amount, they’re sending that letter April 5th and plan on releasing my taxes then. Like release my taxes now and send the letter later?
@Dee Dee I lost my refund amount but got my TT 152 back last Monday and I have not updated at all. IRS said I had error code 900 but it resolved and it’s moving along now. I also can’t see my transcripts so I’m really in the dark. Then again, WMR is terrible and may not update properly.
@kylady, call the TA line. 877-777-4778, you may have to call a lot to get the “your estimated hold time is..” but they will be able to actually look into your return. Just say you’re experiencing hardship. They will give you an actual answer of where you return is at currently.
It happened to me as well about 3 days ago I believe, it came back with the TT and the amount disappeared. Called the TA line and they said my refund left the errors resolution department 2 days ago so it’s moving along.
I did last friday.
My WMR switched over and gave me the TT back, and I lost my refund amount. I called the tax advocate payline and they told me my return was in the errors department but it got fixed and got released from that department 2 days ago and is getting processed now. It’s moving along.
@Annie in the same boat as you, my TT came back yesterday, refund amount disappeared. Last person I saw that had this same thing got their deposit 6 days later. Hoping that’s the case. Turbotax fees somehow got paid as well.
I’m in the same boat, it went to payment complete two days ago for me. Today I got my TT back and my refund amount disappeared. Stimulus went to 2020 taxes account – so it’s getting processed somewhere. The IRS had to have released the funds is what I’m thinking but I’m not for sure.
The transcript would show a code of 856 with the date I believe, that’s the best code you can get.
I thought they were going to have to go off of my 2019 taxes and send me a check because it went to H&R Block last year and got it messed up, but they got my stimulus put on my turbo card Friday the 12th around 8:15pm est. SBTPG did not show anything regarding it either.
@Bodagirl TT won’t actually receive the refund themselves, after 21 days the bars just go full and it’s just nothing after that unfortunately. If you have the turbocard taxpayer.sbtpg.com is where you can really get the best insight on deposits, but mine doesn’t even seem to update.
Same boat as me! Got my tax topic back, lost my refund amount. Turbo Tax is showing paid as of 2 days ago, so I think maybe we’re finally getting movement.
Accepted 2/11. TurboTax says payment completed as of 2 days ago (about 1 1/2 days since it updated mid-day.) Today I got my tax topic back, lost my refund amount though. Hoping this is a sign of some movement. Best of luck to everybody, I know it’s been stressful with people needing to pay bills, plan vacations, etc!
I have no clue if it means anything or not, but I paid my turbo tax fees out of my refund, I got the advance. From 2/11 when I got accepted till yesterday it showed “payment pending” for my turbo order, then it went to “payment complete.” Turbo tax got their money from somewhere, but I have no movement on WMR. Stimulus went to turbo card that I used for 2020 taxes only, so it sounds like they processed returns but WMR is not updating. I can’t see transcripts either.
@Brian that was just what I saw cause trust me it had me worried that I was going to get screwed, and I saw they were going to use your 2019 taxes if your 2020 ones haven’t been processed but I received my stimulus Friday around 8:15pm with no notification on my turbo card. It didn’t even show up in sbtpg so it seems their site is a little delayed as well. It should be coming though.
@wmr2021 I did a refund advance and paid for my taxes out of my refund so they wouldn’t get any money till the IRS sends it to the third party sbtpg for processing. Since I filed it’s been saying payment pending, then just yesterday it said payment complete. Unfortunately not refund complete, but a payment complete to turbotax is a good move cause that means someone has my money.
@Tai mine was showing payment pending then just about 2 hours ago it switched over to payment completed. got accepted 2/11, so hoping that leads to some sort of hope/good news. Not counting on it though.
@hernandez I believe a lot of people are getting told they’re in error and they don’t know what error it is. Myself included, the fact that you were able to get through twice and get two separate completely different answers doesn’t give much hope that they even know what they’re doing.
@steven7960 Well I’m going to stand correct to not listen to that, because my stimulus hit in full on my turbo card, not sure if this means my taxes are processed or what because I have literally no update on them.
Per SBTPG – the third stimulus check is not going to be submitted to them, so it will not be going onto the turbo card, and they’re expecting the first deposits to be March 17th. Highly doubtful they will be coming this weekend, they just want it to sound good.
@Aaron B yeah if it says “for english press 1” just press 2 it may take a couple of times, I had to call back 5 times just to get it to go through.
@Aaron B I got through in 5 minutes, but you have to call until you get the “welcome to the IRS” rather than “thank you” then press 2, it will be in spanish at this point but just listen for what you think the word “extension” is and enter it. It may ask twice, then it will ring they will say a bunch in spanish but it’s mostly saying to visit the IRS.Gov website then it will get you to a real person.
@SickoftheTaxMan That’s exactly what I got told. Couldn’t tell me why it was under review either, just said call back April 23rd. Definitely will be getting a stimulus prior.
I was able to get through today in about 5 minutes and got told mine was in the error resolution department and to wait 10 weeks and keep checking. They said that they can’t see the error and don’t know what’s wrong but call back April 23rd if I haven’t heard anything.

Got message 3/8 of Still being processed.Got through in 5 minutes through the spanish line 800-829-0582, press 2 for spanish, then 625 as the ext. It may take a few tries just to get to the “welcome to the internal revenue service” rather than “thank you for calling” message. I ended up only getting told my refund is still being processed through the errors resolution department please allow 10 weeks and to call back 4/23 if you don’t hear or see anything.
Same old that a lot of people are getting.@Kcushing – if your child’s father pays child support they blocked the second one in December from going to the mothers for child support, this $1400 one will be blocked as well. That could be cause of your delay for claiming it.
I had my green circle on SBGPT yesterday, showing amount received “$0”. Filed back in January, accepted 2/10. Got a refund advance. WMR bars disappeared with the “you’ll get a DDD when available.”
