@Sue – Multiple ppl that used H&R Block have been accepted and DDD made available for them. I’ve personally seen at least three. Two filed early like yourself and one later on. They all got paid last friday. I don’t think it has anything to do with H&R block at this point, I think its all the IRS right now..

I was curious if anyone used H and R Block. I read that they were having issues this year. I filed 1/7/2016 and accepted 01/19/2016. Still one bar on WMR. Last year I filed 2/8/2015 had refund in bank by 2/17/2015. Seem s the ones who filed early are waiting linger. Any info someone may have would be great. Congrats to those who have a DDD.

It seems that most of you did not use H and R Block. Does anyone know if the no DDD and one bar still on WMR has anything to do with H and R Block? I filed 1/7/2016 and accepted 1/19/2016. Still no movement and cannot order return transcript. I had my return 2/9/2015 last year and had it in the bank on 2/17/2015. Is it just me or does it seem the ones who filed later are getting their returns first? Any answers would be great.

Im in the same boat as a lot of others, one bar, filed on 01/18/2016 with HR Block,, accepted on 01/20/2016, been sitting at one bar w/152 message since last week and watching as so many others get their DDD. Something definitely seems different this year. And I’m starting to believe that the WMR site cannot be trusted, leaves us wondering what really is going on. Ohhh Well the wait continues…

I filed and was accepted on 1/29 in the evening. I checked WMR today – and one bar with tax topic 152. I figure that is going and maybe will see DDD of 2/5 or 2/8. I filed with TT and prepaid prep fee. Nothing about my tax situation changed, so I am fairly sure I will get refund within a 8-10 day window.

I’m not seeing much about anyone who filed using freetaxUSA do they have a secondary site to check your status? As far as netspend goes they only process dd Mon- Fri as most banks are closed weekends.

I filed on the 15th, accepted on the 20th and I have two bars with a DD of 2/3 set to be deposited into my Chase Bank account. The fund have yet to be seen. Doesn’t show it’s been sent yet who knows. Has anyone ever recieved theirs early using Chase Bank or is it always on the DD or after?

sbbt message changed this morning but no refund yet says TPG has not received your federal tax refund.

wmr still says I will get it by the 3rd so I am not worried, but that message was not there last night

Well it’s 5:50 am EST and I still have no updates and still can not order return transcripts. kinda frustrating. Filed my son’s taxes on the 25th and he is getting a mailed check but hell his is updated to say it will be mailed by 2/5. I still have 1 bar and the generic Topic 152 about refunds. Not going to stress as it has not been 21 days yet……….

Same thing here. SBTPG site says my return is delayed online this morning but that’s because TPG had been given me a 2/1 estimated date for IRS to dep like many, but WMR has given me a 2/3 DDD. So yes delayed because today is 2/1 but i only.until WMRs 2/3 DDD.

Just wanted to provide my update.. I have posted everyday to give my “results”…
Filed 1/11, accepted 1/12 with Turbo Tax. I had 1 bar until I woke up Saturday, 1/30. On Friday 1/29, I was only able to order my account transcript and under my old address. Also found out the same day that I have a small offset of $251 for the State of Ohio. Anywho, woke in Saturday to NO bars, Tax Topic 152 and the message that my refund is being processed and DDD will be provided when available. I have not been able to order return transcripts. I have checked this morning at 4:56am and WMR is still down for me. I am not expecting an update but I am hoping for one.. I check these threads several times a day to see what is going on with others and it seems that a lot of us have lost out bars. I will post another update when I am able to access WMR. Good luck everyone…

Usually just means they are processing your return (someone is working on it) should take a few days at most before it either goes to 2 bars or u get one of the contacy us messages if it got flagged.

It’s called venting. I’m not sure how hypocrites do it, but you sure know how.
Be fair, this is OUR money you’re talking about. I’m sure if we owed the IRS anything, we’d already have bills in our mailboxes.
Second, no, nobody can tell anyone else what’s happening with their refund, you’re right. However, the IRS won’t say anything either, and for some of us, we’ve had things happen that have never happened before. I’ve never seen the WMR bars disappear before. I’ve never seen Topic 151 before (I don’t have it, but still.) Again, the IRS won’t say anything to us about it. It helps to know other people who are in the same situation, or people who have experienced the issue before. I’m sure if something happened to you, you’d be running around trying to get help.
If you don’t like it, you don’t have to be here. If you think this is waste of time, I’m not really sure what trolling is, but it’s not much better.

Im my opinion thats the best way to get your refund. An unexpected pleasent surprise.

It happend to me like that last year. You get to skip a stage of anxiety, from the time you get your DDD, to the time your funds finally arrive and are posted. You didnt have to worry if something was going to cause a delay in receiving your money or if it was going to get lost or rejected then come in the form of a check weeks later or any other part of murphys law.

My bars came back. And my DDD is set for 02/03!!! I have never been so excited in my life lol. I was soooo happy when I saw it.

@Thomas – usually that means they have started working on yours and you should be able to order the return transcript when they are done.

You also might lose all bars before or that night and usually within the next day or so u’ll get that 2nd bar (least thats the way it happened with me and some others. )

I filed on the 11th accepted the 12th and was approved friday the 29th into the 30th.

Should see my cash in the next day or so…

So I filed on the 19th, late at night, accepted on the 22nd, apparently. Only one bar. Received my state taxes already (I’m in Missouri). Just checked to see if I could order transcripts. I was able to order the account transcript, but not the return transcript. What does that mean? Am I looking at a ddd of 2/1, 2/3, 2/5, or worse? Last year I got my taxes back the last Friday of January. That’s came and went this go round. Last year the pizza tracker didn’t update until my refund had been issued. Would feel better if I just knew when it was coming.
