Mine was issued 2/10. Still waiting
1/26 filed and accepted same day
1/27 two checks saying received
2/10 10:10am called for push
2/10 11:30pm authorized
2/11 5am FTB said processed and return availableAuthorized as of midnight.
Will update when received. Ftb account stil says received@mari

I called back and got someone different and he said he’s pushing it through. No updates as of yet thoughsame, sammie. D’: called in and they said they sent a <span id=”IL_AD4″ class=”IL_AD”>letter</span> in the mail and i will have to fax and verify. this is the first time i’ve ever had to do that. does anyone know what the verification is, or could it be a number of different things?

1/28 – Filled
2/8 – Called for push (morning) refund status received
2/8 – Lost check marks and received the msg “We are unable to provide your refund status online”. (Evening)
2/9 – FTB acct showing refund status as processed
2/9 – refund authorized (changed after 11pm)Got through to the number below and I’m having to verify and fax in information 😭😭
Still sitting in limbo. Ftb says it received but not processed and no notices sent as of yet
Anyone else having issues getting your pin to make an online account? This is 3 years in a row now for me

Accepted 1/30I have the dreaded 1 month message. I remember the year before last that meant we had to call to ID verify. Called this morning and the guy just told me to wait the 4 weeks smh

How long after calling to have it pushed through did y’all see an update?
Just called the number ending in 7088 and pressed one
After a brief hold they said they generated a letter for verification but he could do it on the phone
Have my bank ca ID info and he processed it
Waiting for the update but he said it may take 4 weeks.
So progress!!!Filed Jan 27th, accepted 28th, still processing :(

How did you contact them? The person I spoke to just said it’s processing and hung upI’m frustrated, am I gonna be audited? I filed 1/28 before my family and got accepted within 5 mins but I’m still processing. They filed the day after and then got authorized for a refund.
