I GOT MY DD on the 8th but I didn’t know until today. So hopefully I can give others some hope. My status on the WMR still says Status Unavailable. I used a personal tax preparer (not well known like H&R or Turbo tax) I never got any email from anyone. I didn’t contact my tax preparer. I didn’t contact IRS. I didn’t do anything except hope and continue to check WMR. I checked my transcripts also. Had the 1/4 as date refund was issued.
Did anyone see the IRS update on their site yesterday? If not I will type what it says here but if people already saw it then I won’t bother. But it will give us some hope.

The irs lady told me that it was sent to tax preparers bank and gave me the contact number
So should we contact the tax preparer or was it sent back to the IRS?
I have capital one. I didn’t use turbo tax or H&R. I just used a tax preparer and had fees taken out. So i wonder if I’ll eventually get mine or if I’ll have to claim it on taxes. Payment Status #2 says not available but on transcripts 1/4 is listed… anyone just use a tax preparer that isn’t well known?
Saw my transcripts and 1/4 says refund and then 1/18… I saw that my first stim went to my correct account. Last 4 digits show up and then the ***** before that. IRS website still says info not available message
What about other people who used tax preparers? Or is that only for TT?
Wow this is just unbelievable. They literally just screwed so many people. Self included
This isn’t affected by what you owe. This means that they tried sending it to wherever your tax preparer had it sent and the place rejected it and sent it back. Now they won’t issue a check and they are saying people will have to wait which is a bunch of crap
I do not want them to send out a 2k stimulus until they have everyone’s information on file correctly. I think that when tax preparers do taxes the persons bank info should be listed on the return
