Finally got a ddd for 6/12/19! I thought this day would NEVER come!! F/A 4 months ago on 2/12. I never once called the IRS and never attempted to get a TA. I just patiently waited it out. I was afraid to call and be told that I needed to send something else in. Thanks to everyone who was positive and encouraging in this forum. To those still waiting, your time is coming!

Is there an update for weekly people tonight? Does the system update on Friday night into Saturday morning only update transcripts and the update Saturday night into Sunday morning update wmr? Just trying to make sure if I’m correct or not. Thanks in advance!
June 7, 2019 at 10:51 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4329302@whythe90
That’s too funny! I do the same thing, come check the forum out prior to checking wmr. I guess I’m hoping one day I’ll see a whole bunch of post saying they got a ddd, then that will give me some hope. 😂 🤣
June 7, 2019 at 10:49 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4329301@maddie
Thank you! I was told by several people that I just had to “follow the prompts” and when it asked for my pin to enter my “caller ID” that was on my notice and it would then ask me to create my own pin. So thank you for clearing that up, I was beginning to think I was crazy! 😂 🤣
June 7, 2019 at 5:51 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4329280@marge
I have asked about this several times to different people and I still haven’t gotten accurate information. Could you PLEASE tell me step by step how to access the cp05 transcript line? I have the letter and the “caller ID” number. If you would tell me every detail, I would be so grateful. In the past people have said press this number and that number but it always leads me to a prompt asking for my “pin” (which I don’t have). People have swore I could do it without having a pin, but I’ve had no luck. Thank you in advance for your help ☺
June 6, 2019 at 3:25 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4329207@kacy don’t even respond to that clown. You can tell what type of person she is simply by the lack of intelligence she displays in her post. She is quick to show her true colors and has gone off on myself, @cruzcruz and @marge for just stating facts. I didn’t even bother to respond to her, she’s doing a good job making herself look like a fool without my help 😂
Any way, I’m in the same boat as you, I don’t get much back at all because I make too much. However it would be nice to be done with this mess. In years past I’ve actually had to pay taxes and you better believe they didn’t drag their feet to TAKE my money! 😂 They were right on time. I’m with @nate, I think a lot of us will see an update this weekend with a ddd.May 27, 2019 at 10:34 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4328602If people don’t want others making comments about their specific situation, maybe they shouldn’t put private/personal information on a PUBLIC blog site!?
May 27, 2019 at 10:21 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4328600Wow! I tried to explain what @cruzcruz was saying because it’s been discussed before here. However, you apparently are too immature to have an adult conversation. You want to sit behind a screen and talk shit to other people saying things like… “dick head cunt”, “little dick”, “judgemental asshole”, “douche bag”, etc, etc and the ask them about what THEIR parents taught them?!?! YOU are the only one being nasty and calling names!! I guess @cruzcruz comment hit a nerve with you because he didn’t direct it to ANYONE! He was giving HIS opinion
May 26, 2019 at 11:45 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4328570I’m not sure what @cruzcruz said that made y’all so upset? I have said something similar before. He literally just said that he thinks it’s “sad” some people depend on their tax refund. How is that comment insulting? I think it’s sad too because refund money is not something you get through the year, not part of your income. So why would people live and/or depend on money that isn’t part of their income? I understand wanting to use your refund to get ahead, take a trip, do something extra, etc, but to count on it for monthly bills isn’t responsible.
May 21, 2019 at 10:53 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4328214Again I ask… If the irs KNEW these things were missing, why send review letters saying “no action” needed??? Also, as for them possibly “losing” all these w2’s… How is that possible? As in if they lost all these w2’s, why does it seem to only be January and February filers whose were lost? Wouldn’t EVERYONE’S returns need all this “missing” bs??

May 20, 2019 at 5:03 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4328144@Incognito
I have saud that since day one! There may be a few here or there actually missing something, but all these employers didn’t just “forget” to send w2’s. That’s 100% the reason I’m afraid to call the irs or a ta, I don’t want any of their bs lies holding me up any longer!! I’m at the point now that when it comes, it comes. Unlike others, I don’t depend on my tax refund for anything, I pay a my bills with my regular monthly income. I live within my means and my refund is just money I add to savings. Obviously I want my refund, but I’m over stressing about it! Personally I wish I didn’t get a dime back, when you do it just means you paid too much and gave the government a free loan all year. I’m changing my w4 to get my money in my check from here on, the irs won’t be holding my money ever again!

Don’t get yourself all worked up…. Most of us have been here for months, we’ve heard all sorts of bullshit lies 🤥 So don’t get mad at us when we were just calling out your misinformation. That’s why I asked where you read that.
**life tip #184840
Don’t believe everything you read on the internet, especially unverified sites! If it can’t be used as an APA reference, it probably isn’t safe to trust.May 19, 2019 at 7:11 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4328084Lmao…. That’s why I asked WHERE @karri read that, because if it actually said “per day” it was a misprint.. Good grief! 😂 🤣 Not trying to be rude but I can’t believe anyone would actually believe the irs was going to pay them $10.00 a day, much less $400 a day!?! 😂 🤣 😂 Thank God interest doesn’t work like that, I would NEVER get anything paid off! 😂 Can you imagine paying 14% interest on your credit card balance each day?!?!
It was a nice thought, but like I said before, screw their bullshit interest and give me my refund now!

Has anyone else tried to do a Google search about all this bs, “I’m still processing”, IRS refunds delayed”, “IRS review letters”, etc, etc, etc, and noticed that LITERALLY nothing comes up a about it?!? No blogs, no news articles, NOTHING! The only thing I find is one site after another talking about the generic statements saying “The IRS says they will issue 9 out of 10 refunds in 21 days or less”, “your refund will be delayed if you file EITC or ACTC”, “Top 3 reasons your refund may be delayed (paper file)”, blah blah blah! This is literally the only site where people are discussing this problem. There was a Facebook page, but it died down after April 15th. I just want to know what your opinions are concerning this? Are we the only ones? How did so many companies forget to send in W2’s according to what the IRS is claiming as their bs reason. Are people getting their refunds eventually WITHOUT calling the IRS, or getting a TA? I’m afraid to contact either one, because I don’t want to hear some bs excuses. At the same time, am I waiting for an endless amount of time only to find out that I DO need to send something else in? I received 45 & 60 day letters saying “no action required”. If they needed something more from me, why haven’t they sent me something requesting it? Obviously they have no problem sending out review letters, so why not send a letter telling you what you need to do instead of making you have to call and stay on hold for hours only to hear their stock response? My transcript has not changed since 3/25 (date of 60 day review)

Thank you for your responses to me. I really hope the irs DOES avoid paying me interest by pushing through the rest of the returns before then end of May. I’ve been saying for over a month that I bet they will, simply because they don’t want to pay us interest. Plus they don’t want to lose all the EXTRA interest they have earned by holding millions in refunds for an extra 3 months!!!

From what I’ve read, we get interest starting 45 days after April 15th. However, I don’t know if that applies if we are under review. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or not, but my 60 day review is over on the same day as the 45 days after the 15th is?!

May 8, 2019 at 11:55 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4327131I just really don’t get it! How the HELL did ALL these different employers FORGET to send W2 information??? Seems pretty interesting (from everything I’ve read here) the only people being told they need to send that information is are the ones who have called the irs or TA? The people who don’t call and just wait it out seem to not have to do anything extra!
Plus, if all these people really needed to send something extra in, why are they getting review letters that LITERALLY say no action needed? I don’t know, just going off what I’ve observed.

May 8, 2019 at 2:00 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4327072@nells
What is your cycle code?
May 8, 2019 at 1:59 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4327071@everyone
So with cycle code 20190905 I only update on Saturday? As in no need to check during the week?
This is driving me crazy 🤪 F/A on 2/12 and “still processing” aggaaarrr!! 😡
May 5, 2019 at 4:39 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326726Honestly I think coming on this site is making the wait worse for me! I read all these post from people all but swearing they have some big time “insider” information, and it gets my hopes up for one BIG LET DOWN!
So as you might guess, my wmr status didn’t change yet again after the “big update” that was supposed to happen tonight! I have the same good ‘ol “still being processed” bullshit!
This is probably the biggest crock of shit I’ve ever seen! It’s freaking May and we are still waiting for our refunds! I’m seriously over it!!
May 5, 2019 at 1:17 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326720@everyone
Well, there is definitely some type of planned “update”, but NOT about my refund!! Apparently the irs site is currently under a “planned outage”!?! Ugh!! 😡 🤮 😡 🤮
At 0116 est, this is what I saw…

I just wanted to confirm again…. and again 😁 that us weekly folks are to get an update tonight? That’s what I understood from everything I’ve read. So before I get too excited, is that true?
My cycle code is 20190905
May 4, 2019 at 10:16 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326703Yes,that’s where I got the “your caller ID” number, off the 45 day review letter. No, I have not only never “changed” my pin, I have never created one to start with. Smh! Who knows!?! I’m just ready for my refund like everyone else! I really pray tonight is the night!!
May 4, 2019 at 8:16 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326690May 4, 2019 at 7:08 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326681@betty @dani
I have tried this method until I’m blue in the face. When you get to *option 5* it says to enter your “pin”. I have never created a pin so I enter the “caller ID” off my letter just as suggested here. However it keeps telling me it is “invalid”. I’m not sure what others are doing but it does not allow me to enter that code nor does it give me an option to create a new pin. Any other suggestions concerning this process would be great!Just to confirm, are you referring to the “Your caller ID” off the CP05 letter? That’s the only place I can find a 6 digit pin with the term “Your caller ID” beside it.
May 4, 2019 at 10:07 am
Betty
@dani
Call the 18008291040
Opt 1
Opt 3
Put social
Then date of birth
Opt 5
Then entering ur 6 digit call Id it’s on the first letter
N make a new 6 digit pinMay 4, 2019 at 3:11 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326665May 4, 2019 at 11:13 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326646Well, so much for the info people said they got from the irs about a “big update” last night! I’m “still processing”. I was really trying to be positive, but deep down knew I couldn’t really trust anything the irs was saying! I just pray I’ll get it soon, I’m hoping before the 45 days have passed from 4/15 since I know they don’t want to pay us all interest. Hopefully we won’t get another bs review letter instead!! As long as they send us review letters and/or claim we need to send them info (w2’s, id, etc) they will get out of paying us interest. Basically if they claim it’s our fault our refund is delayed, they won’t have to pay interest! Ugh!!
May 3, 2019 at 9:27 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326586😂 🤣 Yea, I think we all feel that way. For me however, it’s only if they f/a after me. Not mad at the person, just mad at the situation!
May 3, 2019 at 8:41 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326583@everyone
I’m really trying to be positive here! I know the IRS doesn’t want to pay us all interest on our refund, so it has to be getting close!! I have been VERY disappointed with all this bs and completely understand the frustration. But hopefully tonight really is our night! Praying for us all!!
May 3, 2019 at 6:59 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326565@everyone

Cycle code 20190905May 1, 2019 at 11:59 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326308April 30, 2019 at 11:53 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326259Could you please elaborate on where, from whom, you got this information about a “big update”. I want to jump in feet first and just believe you, but as I’m sure you understand it’s very hard to believe some of the things we have ALL read on here. However, based on your post I’ve seen overtime, you come across as pretty “plugged in”. I’m just hoping you could just give a little more detail… Trust me, I’m ready to pounce 😁 Make me a believer girl!!
April 29, 2019 at 11:35 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4326074I received a 45 day review (CP05) that will be over May 9th, however 3 days later, 3/28 I got a 60 day review (2645C). There was no end date on that one, but 60 days from 3/28 is 5/26/19! I don’t even want to think about it, but I saw someone who got the same 2 review letters I got, and they just got a 120 day review!? I haven’t seen anyone else get a 120 day review, but it doesn’t shock me! Technically, 45 days after 4/15 is 5/26 (same day my 60 day review is up) the irs will owe YOU interest. However, we all know that won’t happen so I figured I’ll either get a refund or another “review letter” by then! Ugh! 😡
April 29, 2019 at 1:55 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4325991This shit is beyond ridiculous! F/A 2/12… 45 & 60 day review on 3/25 & 3/28. Transcripts haven’t changed at all since the end of March. Afraid to call irs or ta because I don’t want to be told that I need to send in some made up bs. Trying to just wait it out. Seems like slowly but surely we will get there. Especially now that we’re seeing late January filers getting a ddd.

I’m sorry to continue to ask, but I’m not sure what “prompts” I need to press to create a “pin”. The only option I heard requires you to enter a “pin” that has already been created, which I haven’t done. Could you please tell me which “prompts” I need to select to get to the information you are referring to?
Thanks so much!April 20, 2019 at 3:56 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4324978@anabanana
Could you please specify WHAT number to call on the 45 day review (CP05) because there are several telephone numbers. Also, is the 6 digit code you are referring to the “your caller ID” located on the top right of the letter?
April 20, 2019 at 3:48 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4324977Got my transcripts in the mail today and hasn’t been ANY change since 3/25 when I got a notice… Ugh!

I’ve been on this site for a while. F/A on 2/12. I seem to be noticing a pattern and was wondering if anyone else felt the same way? It seems to me that when people get a tax advocate or speak to the IRS about their refund they are being told that they need to verify, send in wages, etc. However, for the people who are just getting their refunds back without calling into the IRS or a tax advocate, it seems they end up not having to do anything extra. What do you guys think? 🤔 In my opinion, when people call in, they are just being told some random thing to do in an effort to explain why they have Benny waiting so long. I also have this opinion because for the people that are being told to do something extra, why did they/we receive 45 & 60 day reviews that clearly said “no further action required”? If the IRS was going to go to the trouble of sending out a letter, why not just state what was needed there? Just wondering what your thoughts are concerning this?
Thanks in advance 😁April 18, 2019 at 2:54 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4324464@sandelle
This doesn’t have anything to do with our President… The democrats didn’t want to fund the wall for the security of our country. THEY made that choice! If anything, all of us who do work are now bringing home MORE in our paychecks thanks to OUR PRESIDENT! 🤦🏻♂️
April 15, 2019 at 10:59 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4323837This is so bad that I’m actually starting to question myself, like did I do something wrong? Is the IRS going to break down my door and take my kids? Did I enter a number wrong and now I’m going to prison for the rest of my life? 😂 🤣 This is seriously consuming me! I am so stressed out over this, not because my power is going to be shut off, but because I have NO idea what the hold up is. I’m literally driving myself insane!! Wonder if next year I can write off therapy sessions? 😂 🤣 😂
Filed and accepted ~a long damn time ago
Day number ~way more than it should be
Received ~letter bullshit & letter more bullshit

Filed credits ~bend over and take itApril 13, 2019 at 1:05 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4323583@dave 😂 🤣 LMFAO
For starters, I don’t give ANY credit to someone who is trying to claim they are the “know it all God” but yet doesn’t know the difference between “there” and “their”!! However, it is truly amusing that he actually thinks anyone is going to miss his ignorant & rude comments 😂 🤣 He hasn’t even given ANY good advice if you ask me. He literally said we aren’t getting our refunds because we filed too many “credits” 😂 Clearly he knows zero about filing taxes! To start with, almost anyone claiming the eic is middle to low income or a slightly higher income with multiple kids. SO, it would be rare that someone claiming eic would also be claiming other credits/write offs ( gas, office rental, work apparel etc) because the standard deductions are higher than write offs. Finally, how does someone who seems to think he’s a tax superstar (and felt he had to announce 📢 his exit) suggest that people should just say to hell with credits they ARE eligible for?!
So by all means @dave, PLEASE leave and take your IGNORANT suggestions with you, I assure you that you will NOT be missed! Maybe now you can use your time to educate yourself about filing taxes? So on behalf of all of us who aren’t arrogant, rude, ignorant and egotistical…… 👏🥳✌️👋

Not sure how that even happened? His cycle code was 1105 & mine is 0905. He f/a on 1/31 & I f/a 2/12. Any ideas as to why he got a cycle code after mine but filed before? Maybe the credits? @shay what credits did you have??

True, I think what you said was more along the lines of what I meant. It feels like gloating. I read her other posts after I posted to her and it’s like you said, anyone can read that most of us have been waiting over 2 months. So why come on here and comment about being “worried” you haven’t received a refund you only filed just over 2 weeks ago. Especially @impatientrefud it’s been LESS than 2 weeks since he filed, but he trying to “fit in”. He replied to someone who said March filers have gotten their refunds, by saying something like not so fast. He literally filed 3/31… 11 whole days ago!! Ugh! 😡 Whatever, we’ll get ours sooner or later!!
April 11, 2019 at 11:21 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4323387My apologies, I read your post incorrectly. Hope you get your $ soon. At this point I’m not going to believe it until I LITERALLY see it!!
April 11, 2019 at 11:07 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4323385Trying to figure out why @tidechic thought her “story” would help us?! 😂🤣 😂 🤣 She’s posting her “story” under a “still processing” forum and her filing time isn’t even close or unique for that matter. As far as I know most everyone who filed after mid February have their returns.
I agree completely! The longer they hold our refunds, the more interest they get. I also feel like when the irs started to process our returns, they were already way behind. So in an effort to not make EVERYONE’S refund late, they pushed all the January and early February to the back of the lime. That allowed them to start processing late February and beyond returns on time. That’s why we are seeing people who filed in March already having a ddd. Seriously, why would those of us who filed January and early February be under “review” but those who filed late February and March are not under review?!? I believe whole heartily that the irs is just sending us reviews as a stall tactic!. They are processing a few early filers here and there but I don’t think they will totally complete ours until they have all the March and April returns completed. That’s the only thing I can figure that’s going on.
April 11, 2019 at 7:01 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4323229This is complete bullshit!! 💩 People who filed the end of March and early April already have a ddd!! 🤦🏻♂️ smfh I filed 2/12 accepted same day. Received 45 day on 3/25 then 60 day on 3/29. Haven’t been asked for anymore information. Got my transcripts and they are useless. Cycle 20190905. I have NEVER had this happen before! Then of course with the new W4 next year, we can all kiss a refund good bye. Which based on on what we are dealing with now, probably better to just get our money in our pay checks!

I’m not completely sure? I searched several different websites trying to find out what their cycle code meant and that was the information they all gave. So I was just passing on what I I found while researching. LOL Doesn’t really see to “mean” anything though! And regardless of it meaning processing date or refund date, it’s wrong and hasn’t been correct in my case. But thanks for your info.

20191305
The 2019 is the year
13 is the # of week(13th week in the year)
05 is the day of the week #
The week starts on Fridays, so:
Friday ~01
Monday ~02
Tuesday ~03
Wednesday ~04
Thursday ~05So technically your refund is due on the 13th week on Friday. So basically the last week in March. Mine was due 3 weeks before yours actually and still don’t have it. So clearly the IRS is waaaaaay behind this year!

I haven’t been asked ro id or wage verify. Literally all I’ve gotten is 45 & 60 day review with notice that said no action needed. So I don’t know but I wish us both the best. I’ll keep you posted if anything changes on my end! Thanks again for your help!!
@ana
No worries, the 🙈 may actually be more appropriate… I don’t want to see it! Lol Unfortunately I don’t have 846. The last code I have is 971 “notice sent” 3/25.. Which that’s the date of my 45 day review (CP05). Since you seem to have more knowledge here than I do, would you happen to know if I got both 45 (CP05) & 60 day (2645C) reviews if they are concurrent? Like does the 60 day star after the 45 days are up or did the 60 day review just add 15 days to the 45 day end date? I’ve seen several people saying their 50 day review “is up” on this or that day, but my 60 day review letter didn’t have an end date, only my 45 day review did.
Thanks so much for your help!!
I do know that I’m cycle 20190905 however, but not sure what that means
@ana
I literally just got my transcript today and opened it. I’m reading through it but not seeing anything I didn’t already know. To be honest however, I’m not totally sure what I’m looking for. Lol
This is the first time I’ve ever received a transcript or rather needed to.
April 8, 2019 at 10:13 am in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4322750Everyone is fully aware of the “shutdown” and “new tax laws”. We’ve all read the articles discussing it,so that doesn’t shed any new light on the situation. However, it seems as if ONLY those of us who filed in January and early February are STILL waiting. So if anything, the IRS has shoved us all to the back of the line so as to keep EVERYONE else from being late. In my personal opinion I believe we (Jan & Feb filers) will get a ddd once everyone else has gotten theirs! Most of us seem to have identical stories. Filed and accepted in Jan & early Feb, received 45 & 60 day reviews, told we don’t need to take further action, our WMR says “still processing” with tax topic 152 and most of us don’t qualify for a TA. So I guess we just have to wait it out and try not to lose our minds. I am not suffering a financial hardship because I NEVER depend on my tax return as part of my income. I pay my bills with my regular income and I use my tax return for extra things such as home improvements, vacation, big purchases, extra debt payoff, etc. Good luck to all of you in the same boat.
@maddie you’re in the EXACT same boat as me. I’m literally right beside you. Filed and accepted 2/12 ~45 day review 3/25 and 60 day review 3/29. Can’t see transcript online, I’ve ordered them about a week ago but have yet to receive them.
45 day review started 3/35 60 day review received a few days later. Filed and accepted 2/12. No updates!
April 6, 2019 at 11:07 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4322642It’s LITERALLY mind blowing watching people who filed on 3/13 or other dates in March already getting their ddd. Like what seriously is going on at the IRS? It seems pretty simple in my opinion, it should be “first come first serve”. No reason at all those of us who filed in Jan and Feb should still be waiting!! One thing I definitely know for sure however, I’ll never file early again! Smh 🤦🏻♂️
I filed and was accepted on 2/12. I got the cpo5 (45 day review) on 3/25. Then a few days later I got the 2645c (60 day review). WMR status just says “still processing” with tax topic 152. Nothing else has been requested of me. In my personal opinion based on everything I’ve read, those of us who filed January and early February are just getting the run around. I think the IRS was still behind when we filed, so in an effort to not make ever everyone late, we were just pushed to the end of the line. The IRS is just making excuses with the 45~60 day reviews to keep us off their back!! We literally can’t ALL be under review!
Could someone please tell me how to locate your cycle code? Is it on the transcripts, letters and/or forms from the IRS?
April 2, 2019 at 6:40 pm in reply to: We have received your tax return and it is being processed. #4321824I posted this under another topic, but thought I’d share it here as well.
I filed and was accepted on 2/12. Lost bars shortly after. Went to “still processing” and tt 152. Received CP05 (45 day review) on 3/25. On 3/30 I received letter 2645C (60 day review). Nothing has changed on my taxes, been the same for years. From everything I’ve read and experienced, I believe those of us who filed in January and early February are just getting pushed because the IRS wasn’t ready at the time we filed due to new tax laws and recent shutdown. So in an effort to not screw EVERYONE, they have pushed ours to the end of the line while they process everyone who filed after us within the 21 day window (a matter of days in many cases). Hell, I’ve seen people that filed 3/25 that have already got their DD. So no part of me believes we are under a “review”, we are just being screwed by being put last in line. Plus, if so many of us were really being “reviewed”, why is the IRS not asking us for more information? They are just simply telling us we are being reviewed and then magically here and there they are finally processing our returns. Clear and simple, it’s a stall tactic!! I’ll update if anything changes. Good luck to everyone who’s in the same boat with me.
