What the actual fuck….. I put in my DD info from my serve card and it says they are going to mail me a check????? Why?
I went to the portal thing and it said it didn’t have dd info so I had to enter account number and routing number myself from the amex serve website, even though I was told by multiple JH people it would be uploaded with out further action, but behold… I had to use the portal.
Has anyone called the Amex serve customer service or republic bank and found anything out?
Amex app, text and website isn’t working for me.
I cant access trans can and irs rep tell me what mine says over the phone?
I get different stories from different people at the irs, the last lady I spoke with said she couldn’t tell me when. The review started just that if I don’t get a letter or a refund by March 5th call back
Mine says sent to bank for 3 days now…
