Unfortunately no one can file a class action lawsuit. If you read the terms and conditions that you had to agree to in order to file your return and get fees taken out of receive an advance you agreed to their arbitration agreement. No lawsuit will holdup and you would have to go through the arbitration process.

My ex husband was 2,000 behind because they didn’t notify him that his ex went for child support for months. On top of taking extra from your checks to catch up they can do other things. For him personally it took his federal refund and his stimulus check. I think it depends on if she’s on tanf/snap/medicaid because with stuff like that they push to get the money
Mine updated to funded a little bit ago but TT still says pending fees
I briefly <span id=”IL_AD4″ class=”IL_AD”>tried</span> TPG site but it didn’t load and I figure it’s overwhelmed. However, my TT is still showing payment pending. For anyone who received funded, if you paid with your refund, is your TT showing complete?
I’m not sure if that updates first as it’s my first time paying with my refund.
